Train derailment couldn’t travel on time. Following day remaining 3 days accommodation cancelled by them. Told I was a “NO SHOW”. Told I should have rang to cancel. Never heard of no show and maybe someone can explain why they can cancel my booking because I couldn’t check in and didn’t know on Monday if and when the trains would run again. Contacts attitude stunk made it clear it’s their policy. Never again rouges.

Absolute a disgrace
Arrived, picked up keys
Fob didn't work
Tried calling, no answer. Phone said this phone can not take calls
Had to wait 45 mins with a young girl for someone to leave so we could get in
Fusty smell of the apartment, no hot water. Had to leave and book a hotel
Then they said we didn't show and cancelled the booking! Still can not get through to them
So I'm saying DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STAY HERE!
Polite and helpful assistant however the lift was broken and the second bed that we asked for came on the second night so one of us had to spend the night on the coach that was really uncomfortable. Other than that, it is a clean and cozy apartment in a quiet and safe area.
Great location. Great space. Lovely view of the Glasgow event space. Plenty of space for our family of four. It was very nice to have a washer/dryer. The location cannot be beat as you can walk to both the central Glasgow attractions/landmarks, and well as to the west end ones. There are numerous restaurants of every possible ethnicity within steps. Very attentive and quick to respond to our requests
The apartment was absolutely fantastic. It was everything we needed and more! They really are a home away from home. We couldnt have been more happier with it! Really would reccomend these to anyone. Love love love them!!

Very nice apartment at a great location, The weather was hot and thought the apartment was very hot, if open windows in lounge it was. noisy due to traffic outside, maybe supply a large fan or install air con, the apartment was tidy but think it could be done with a deep clean, this may be hard to do with turn over of people staying there but maybe once a month it should be done, dont get me wrong it wasn't dirty but a deep clean would benifit the apartment, all in all a great weekend and would use again
