Standards of cleaning were poor, sometimes it was difficult to tell if they had cleaned or not. Mops were left for weeks on end with the same filthy mop heads. I do not recommend this company.
I do NOT recommend using this company at all. Their cleaning is very poor and their client relationship is even worse. They don't seem to have any idea whether their cleaners are turning up to do the cleaning or not. Standards are poor and sadly they are untrustworthy when left in premises unsupervised. They never do the time that they quoted for either.
Excellent client relationship, very supportive of business requirements and communicates well if any changes do arise. The cleaning team are hard working, great attention to detail and nothing is too much trouble.
