I learnt meditation in one of Andre’s courses three and a half years ago. Andre not only taught the technique clearly and answered every question patiently, his guidance helped me to make meditation a part of my daily routine. This has helped me immensely in managing stress and handling pressure at work. Since that first course, I have joined a retreat and several meditation days that Andre has run. These have all been excellent and helped to deepen my practice.

Andre is a fantastic meditation teacher, so genuine and truly has an understanding of the challenges around building a regular meditation routine into a busy schedule (I work as a doctor and have been able to find a routine including during shift work!). Having practiced meditation for a number of years now plus regularly attending Andre's meditation events, I can honestly say the benefits in terms of processing stress, being calmer and more in touch with everyday joy are real. Would certainly recommend doing a meditation course with Andre.

I have benefitted greatly from Andre Berry’s regular meditation sessions and Saturday TM and yoga monthly mini-retreats in central London. Andre’s gentle and enthusiastic guidance helps me maintain a regular meditation practice resulting in well-being and inner strength.

We cant rate Andre and Executive Bliss, highly enough , we have been in business for 18 yrs providing servi e across the UK in some quite high pressure environments. Since being proffesionally,but also very much one to one, guided through the meditation course , and the ongoing support, customers have seen a noticeable difference in our approach to job in hand, from more methodical fault finding, better organisation of priority/urgent jobs and dealing with the pressure of customers deadlines, all in a positive direction. Most definitely a life and business changing experience.
