The house had everything we asked for. And it was very beautiful as it was spacious. The host was very responsive and helpfull throughout the stay.

The house was perfect size for our trip. It had plenty of space to move around. The out door area wasn't big enough. One set of 4 chairs and table had chairs that were almost ripped and were unusable. There wasn't any lounge chairs. There were times I would have just stayed there and relax. The kitchen had plenty of dishes but the pots and pans were little and everything stuck to them. So, it made cooking for everyone hard. The area was a great spot. It wasn't too far from anything. Overall, it was a great place for us to stay.

Andy was a great host and we absolutely loved staying here! My son loved the themed room and Andy was super helpful and responsive with all our questions! We definitely will be back!

Wonderful house and host was very responsive.

My friends and I stayed at a property operated by them for spring break. The resort and house were maintained well and clean. Andy responded quickly, clearly, and was happy to provide answers or resources needed. Price was also affordable with no hidden charges and extra charges were clearly stated if applicable.

The house layout and location was perfect for our family. The pool/spa and amenities was on point. Our host was very responsive and helpful for our entire stay. We will be back :)

Great experience and amazing rental! The house was perfect and provided ample room for our group. Adorable guest room decor amd the game room kept the grandkids happy and entertained The pool was amazing but still cold so pay for the heat if you visit in the Spring. The house is spotless and very well equipped and decorated. Easy check in and check out. We will be back!

Wonderful place to stay. The room themes were so fun, the kids loved them. The extra interior touch is what drew us to this place. Huge kitchen and living room. Space for the family to hang out great location very safe neighborhood. The heated pool is a must. We spent every day in the pool after coming back from Disney and other adventures. Every room had what it needed, lots of pillows, even hair dryers in bathrooms. Bedroom layout was nice, it felt like each family had their own space in the home. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Host was very responsive. I would definitely stay at another place here.

House was very clean. Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. It was near the clubhouse - so very convenient. Paid to heat pool, it was like a hot tub- amazing for the cooler winter days. Communication with the host was great too! Highly recommend!

We stayed at 7618 Oakmoss Loop in Davenport, FL. Our entire stay from start to finish was a breeze.

The home was immaculate and beautiful; modern yet filled with artistic imagination. The kitchen was well equipped with an abundance of items to cook and serve with. Every bathroom shower had large body wash, shampoo & conditioner dispensers which was an added bonus. The bedrooms had amazingly fluffy pillows that I dream about! And comfortable mattresses as well.

Our favorite parts were the great communication from our host & the themed bedrooms and game rooms; truly the heart and soul that went into the creation of these rooms and wall murals demand respect and admiration, everything was beyond words and I couldn't be more grateful for such an amazing getaway, our awesome host and also his staff that helped make the house ready for our stay. We hope to stay here again or at another of their awesome properties! Thank you again for everything.

Kissimmee FL. The stay was great, it was a great location right between W. Irlo Bronson and W. Osceola Parkway. Clean, comfortable, plenty of space. Very communicative. Close to a bunch of restaurants, grocery stores, and theme parks.

We stayed at 9092 Sommerset Hills Drive in Davenport during a vacation from the UK in Feb 26. The host was great with 10/10 for communication prior to, during and after our stay. Nothing went wrong but I feel confident that if it did, Andy from Executive Villas Florida would have dealt with it immediately.

The property was wonderful; clean, spacious, with a lovely pool and outdoor area. I'd thoroughly recommend Executive Villas Florida. If you are planning on visiting the parks, local attractions or to just unwind and recharge your batteries, the Villa we had is perfect.

Big house and plenty of space for our employees to stay for an industry conference. Lot of comfortable beds and bathrooms as well. Definitely stay here again if we return to Orlando!

Big house, with plenty of room and space. Large pool and very attentive and quick to respond. Very flexible and friendly. House is at a great spot, near restaurants and plazas. Recommend.
