I home school my child and exemplar…
I home school my child and exemplar education has been great my daughter really enjoys the lessons and has so much more confidence she enjoys doing the work and she does many lessons each day I’ve recommended this education to my friends and family I have no problems when I need to speak to someone there very helpful,I can always check on her progress and the certificates that she receives are very encouraging and it makes her want to achieve many more so glad that I found this education

Exemplar software does not solve teaching problem it is just extra resources for practice
Exemplar software does not solve the problem. It is a just digital resources where one can use for extra resources. Parents have to sit next to child to make sure they have understood the topic very well. So if you are busy parents and struggling on time then having teacher is better option then Exemplar software especially when monthly cost is almost same. On top of that when Exemplar education.com is not ready to update their software based on learners need or mistake we have found in their teaching material.

I can see from your account that the children haven't actually attempted any of the lessons. I have asked our customer support team to contact you in order to get the children back using the programme, as obviously that is the only way they will be able to gain any benefit from it. We have thousands of students gaining fantastic results on a daily basis, and we want your children to join them.

Our video tutorials are delivered by Qualified Teachers, and the content is in step with the latest Foundation Stage and National Curriculum requirements for maths and English.
We have thousands of students using the programme achieving fantastic results. This month alone over 74,000 lessons have been completed with an average pass mark of 94.7%. These results simply would not be possible if the programme was ineffective.
It has not been possible to identify your account from the details you have left here so I have requested them from Trustpilot.
The only way the programme can help however, is if it used. Please don’t hesitate to contact us on 0800 1777 999 to get your children restarted on the programme.

I am very disappointed with this company, the contents of their courses are purely Australian based, and worst of all, you will not be able to terminate the contract after the cooling period. I submitted a complain about the cultural and environmental inappropriateness by email over a year ago but no one from the company has bothered to reply. When I was signing up, I was promised that, the teachers will provide full support to my child including to prepare for the 11+ if needed, none of it is true. To get hold of a tutor is virtually impossible because they operate within narrow set times. My daughter has stopped doing the course because she cannot relate to the inappropriate social and environmental context. To make matters worse, they supply the most basic of laptops with very poor quality and performance. The laptop they supplied to my daughter was returned because it was broken but they are asking for £80 payment.
Based on my experience with this company, it is a complete waste of my money, I wish I had read the reviews before signing up.

The free of charge netbook supplied to you is for use with the exemplar programme for which it is more than sufficient.
As with all contracts it is legally binding for both parties. We continue to honour our side and supply you with access to our platform. We want your children to succeed on our programme as thousands of others do every week, but the only way it can help is if it used. Please don’t hesitate to contact us on 0800 1777 999 to get your children restarted on the programme.

Exemplar are a very bad company and I advise tos aty away at all cost. I signed my son up thinking that this would bring him on in his learning. The platform that Exemplar use is Austarlian and so not relevant to the curriculum here in England. As a result, my son soon lost interest when he got stuck on a culturally inappropriate question, instead of providing help, you have to wait until their tutoring helplines are open before your child can move on.
When we wanted to leave, we were told we had to continue to pay even though my son did not use the platform and found it quite dull.
This company is a rip off! Read the T's and C's VERY carefully before signing on the dotted line. They will squeeze every penny out you until the bitter end- fact!

You'd be better using a free MATHS APP
I signed up for online tutoring, this isn't what I signed up to. What you get is some sums or questions for kids and if they don't know how to do them or don't pass the 80% mark then what happens? They certainly don't get help there is NO help this is the opposite of tutoring. I would have been better off downloading a MATHS APP on my phone and letting the kids do that instead?? If anyone knows of a way out this let me know, soon I won't be able to afford it anyway so they can chase me for the money or has anyone had any luck with their bank noting it as a SCAM? Let me know.

The results achieved by families on our programme speak louder than we ever can… which is why our website displays these results, because we’re so proud of them … … in 2021 over 1.3 million lessons were successfully completed by students with an average pass mark of over 94% for each lesson. This simply would not be possible if the programme was ineffective.
If there is an issue however, we have support services in place to fix it.

Excellent platform
Exemplar education is a fab platform for the students to understand and learn more about the subjects and the concepts . I enrolled my daughter a month ago and she is really loving to learn more through this platform.

Do not sign up this program, the simple reason they don't support you as human being because I never knew how the future would be, I sign up naively in 2019 in 2020 the economic circumstances of family were changed, I couldn't bear the extra expenses for my daughters. I called exemplar education so many times to saying that I couldn't handle to pay the program anymore.
I think anyone in this world has the right to live there life peacefully but they don't leave you in peace. They get money from financial company and after you will find yourself to answer to them even though you haven't had any money from them.
