When you purchase a program you are automatically signed to a subsciption

When you purchase a program you are automatically signed up for their EFI plus program subscription - whether you like it or not! At a cost of A$135 a month I have been trying to cancel for over 2 months but they just don't do it. I keep getting emails with reasons on why I should stay, then I get billed again......and again.....NOT HAPPY!

I ordered a product and immediately…

I ordered a product and immediately cancelled within a few days, then my american express was charged monthly beginning in November 2024 through July 2024. I contacted the merchant and requested a refund. They gave me the run around so I called American Express and advised of what happened that I did not notice the charges on my statement until my July statement and American Express was able to issue 4 months of credit charge backs. After numerous communications with the merchant and american express, the merchant provided only (4) monthly credits indicating that american express issued the credits so that cannot issue further credit. Having received the 4 credits from the merchant, American Express then reversed the charge backs and advised that the remaining credit have to be worked out with the merchant. The merchant will not issue further credits advising to work it out with american express. These charges were fraudulent and unauthorized as the initial order was cancelled and acknowledged as being cancelled by the merchant.

I purchased 10 exercises using a foam roller. I then received numerous emails saying I had signed up for a monthly subscription costing over 40 dollars.
I emailed their customer services immediately cancelling everything. They wrote a long email extolling all the benefits of their programme and if I wanted to cancel then all I needed to do was email customer services. I had already done that.
I am still awaiting a reply and my money back.

I recently finished the Functional…

I recently finished the Functional Strength for Seniors program, and I’m really glad I gave it a try. At my age, I was looking for something that would help me stay strong without being too intense, and this program was just right.

What I liked most was that each exercise has options for different positions—sitting, standing, and even some you can do in bed. That made it feel doable, no matter how I was feeling that day. The videos guide you step-by-step, so you don’t feel lost, even if you’re not too familiar with exercise routines.

The exercises are all things that help with daily life, like reaching, lifting, and even balancing better. I can already feel a difference in my strength and stability, and I’m more confident doing things around the house.

Plus, since it’s a digital download, I didn’t have to wait for anything to arrive; I could start right away. Overall, I think this program is great for someone who wants to stay independent and active without feeling overwhelmed. I’d recommend it to anyone in my age group looking to keep up their strength!

Scam scam scam, stay away from this website

This is definitely scam website as they tricked you to signed up for monthly subscription and charges you without giving clear and advance notice. Then when I tried to contact them to cancel and request refunds for all the charges, not that they don't just simply cancel the subscription upon request but keep saying that the 14 days trial period has expired and refused to give refund. It is a scam and no one should do any business with this website. I hope consumer affair should look into this business practice as I am sure I am not the only victim that got scam.

This company is a scam and I believe…

This company is a scam and I believe they are targeting seniors. As the other reviewer said, any purchase leads to the Lifelong Wellness Plan at $47 per month. My mother didn't even realize this happened. Now they are not cancelling the program and keep offering discounts instead. Very frustrating! Waiting to see if Exercisesforunjuries.com makes this right.

Beware Extra Monthly Charges

While I completely agree with other reviews that the exercise programs can be helpful, beware the business model of exercisesforinjuries.com. The often offer a low cost video and then add a free 14-day trial to their Lifelong Wellness Platinum service without clearly communicating that you have signed up for a $47.51 per month subscription plan. You do not have a choice to make the purchase without the subscription, and if you do not cancel within the 14 days (which you don't know that you need to do), then you begin paying, sometimes for months before realizing.

This company walks the talk with…

This company walks the talk with targeted exercises for common injuries people deal with such as torn rotator cuffs, sciatica, knee & elbow problems, balance & many other issues. You are provided with online video instruction or a physical DVD as well as complete written instructions with photos clearly demonstrating the exercises. Customer support is excellent and very prompt. Specific questions can be emailed to Rick Kaselj MS, BSc the Founder and CEO of Exercises For Injuries for help and assistance. I use his programs for shoulders and for Piriformis syndrome. They have made a great difference for me. Next I will work with his program on improving balance. I am a senior and have noticed that my balance is not what it used to be. I want to change that!
