I cannot log in to pay my car payment, and when I go to reset the password or username, no message is sent to my email associated with my account. However, im getting emails to my associated email for “reminders” to pay my bill. ALSO the AMOUNT of the agreed upon purchase of my VEHICLE IS WRONG AND INCREASED BY $2,000!
