Packaged really well, never heard of this company before this purchase but I decided to take a leap of faith. As they have a lot of older harder to get figures and best of all shipping is included in the price.
Which I think I absolutely brilliant as the freeing bunnies come in absolutely massive boxes.
I will definitely be using this company again in the future as it has been a very pleasant experience.

Excellent delivery, came with no scratches, indents and overall good and secure packaging. On top of that, the delivery is free of charge. Exfigure has a good variety of figurines from all anime series. I especially like the megahouse One Piece figurines. Overall the perfect site to buy your figurines from even though the delivery time is pretty long.

Great experience! I was sceptical at first, worried I was about to spend a butt load of money only to get scammed, however after reading reviews I bit the bullet and decided to order from Exfigure as they had a very rare figure I wanted. Throughout the process, customer support was extremely kind and fast, responding in less than 24 hours each time when I had a question. Shipping took a little over a week to get to the UK which is incredibly fast! Especially since they offer free shipping on every order. I’ve heard some people have had bad experiences with Exfigures packaging, stating that it’s not protected enough, but personally, my figure came wrapped in bubble wrap and surrounded by those plastic air cushioning bags. My figure arrived in perfect condition, had never been opened before, and most importantly, it was authentic!! I am extremely happy with my purchase and will certainly order from Exfigure again. Thank you!

I ordered a figure in late March, and it was shipped two days later. However, I didn’t receive any tracking updates or information about potential customs fees until the package finally arrived—more than a month later. This made it difficult to follow the status of the shipment.

Also, the packaging could be improved: the figure’s box inside the parcel was slightly damaged, likely due to insufficient protection during transit.

I would recommend offering more shipping options, preferably with services that provide reliable and up-to-date tracking. That said, the figure itself arrived intact and was indeed authentic as described in the website.

I just got a figure from them, it was amazing in my experience. It took around 2 weeks including time they took to ship and get here(apr 16th-apr 30th), it was china->korea. I really was scared id get scammed or any, but the contactline ppl were sm kind and responds you quickly, they can speak english as well. I had a problem with my account and they helped me getting fixed it quickly and sm kindly. They also finds you figures you want very quickly with cheapest price ever if you request! And package came here really protected. It was big box, then the styrofoam box inside. It was legit, unopened. Im so glad i got the figure ive been wanting quickly and safely with cheap price. Also, you dont really have to worry about taxes, figure i wanted was around 200$, it said i might have to pay for extra tax if its over 150$ but i didnt. Willing to buy more figures soon i 100% recommend it!

Cheap, amazing figures although shipping takes forever

Extremely easy to order my item and extremely confident of the authenticity and accuracy of the item. Rest assured this company is second to none and the shipping was timely everything about the purchase pricess was very smooth and pleasant.

I received my package very quickly but the box was a Little damged but that my be poste italiane fault the figure was in perfect comditions It was protected by a Ton of buble wrap

Actually legit one. Bought Shinobu Oshino figure. Well and safe packaged, figure is genuine and new. Delivery was 3 weeks to Germany. Tax not included, but site warns about it. Paid 210€ for item + 13€ tax upon delivery. No complaints!

I've bought from them a few times. The packaging wasn't very stable before, through they explained it was due to rough handling by the courier. Now they use a much-improved box similar to Amazon's, which protects the figures much better.
I think they are really listening to customer feedback
