Shipped fast but support is slow
My order went through just fine, their website is very informative and easy to navigate, and shipped on time.
I previously would have left 5 stars.
Unfortunately I found out after placing my order that marijuana makes me feel unwell and increases my anxiety.
Once my items arrived I sent a return/request form and explained my situation. I never opened anything.
I sent another form a few days later in case my previous had not gone through.
And as of this morning two emails (I waited a few days between) but support has not contacted me.
I hope I have not wasted money on something I cannot use.
My review and rating will change if I hear back from support and resolve the problem.
