Great product, bad customer service!

Great product, but customer service is extremely poor. If you have a problem, and call customer service you’re going to be on hold door who knows how long until they respond with an automated voice saying leave a message and they will get back to you. Never did.
Went to website to chat with them. They just never responded. They make you think you’re chatting, but you’re not. NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM ONCE YOU HAVE PLACED AN ORDER. ON HOLD AS I WRITE THIS FOR 20 MINUTES LISTENING TO A LOOPED SONG ABOUT BE ON HOLD.

DO NOT TRUST EXHALE THEY ARE GOING UNDER AND ARE A SCAM NOW

Well exhale is going under So do not get anything from them. well at this point you cant even if you want they are not taking orders lol .and if you made a order get hold of your bank and dispute your charges . Now for me if you read there reply to me on my first review they told me my order was shipped right . Well today i get a email telling me my order was refunded as they sold out of the item I ordered on the 18th of june . I looked on my bank there was no refund so that was anther lie thats all they do is lie. SO DO NOT BUY FROM EXHALE. I was a long time customer they where great now they are a scam .so save your self a headache and go to anther site cause this one is no good and they do not care about there customers at all . and who ever sent the reply you are a a liar a scammer and scum of the Earth .

Poor customer service

I’ve purchased from this company for a few years now; it used to be perfect. No complaints at all. Recently, I lost my credit card, and forgot to tell them, which created a cascade of unforgivable customer service. I’ll never purchase anything from them again.
Very Poor Customer Service!
I’ll shop locally from now on.

Shipping repeatedly takes too long

Shipping repeatedly takes too long. Last time it was 2 weeks and this time it is 22 days. I was offered a 50 percent off code last time that turned out to be a 40 percent off code. I've lost trust in Exhale.

Cash Grab Scam-Not Reputable At All

I placed an order 3 months ago. I never got it nor received a refund.
All I have gotten was the run around and cut and paste emails saying the same BS repeatedly. I suggest looking at the reviews on Google before you give this place your credit card number. I think it used to be a reputable company that has turned into a cash grab scam. There are literally 50+ complaints in the last month alone on Google detailing Exhales' blatant thievery.Buyer beware
Here is an update as of 6/26/2023:
Exhalewell has claimed that they sent me a refund and a confirmation email.That is a blatant lie on their part.This is a totally crooked "business". I'd be curious to know how many other people who've been ripped off by this company, and then they claim they gave refunds, actually got refunds. If anyone has any information to share on being ripped off by these crooks-please share with us.

Huge Vape Pen Downgrade

The disposable vape pens have had a noticeable drop in quality. They suddenly changed the type they were sending me from a push-button model that had a great smoothness that was never harsh. The new ones have an inhale sensor to vape that keeps malfunctioning, and whatever the oil is inside keeps leaving a gross chalky substance on the back of my teeth. They also now make me cough, which would never happen before. This isn’t even mentioning the huge shipping delays.

Great products and excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I submitted my order twice by accident. I reached out with the second order number and it was cancelled and my card refunded on the spot. Also great product with a very good description. Got it right on the first pick. Good-bye insomnia!

Absolutely amazing products…but

Absolutely amazing products, customer service is horrible, with the exception of one gentleman named Jarrod(hope I’m spelling his name right, sorry if I’m not!) I was lucky enough to get him through the call centers twice and both times he went above and beyond to help me!! So thank you sir! The total of four times I’ve ordered from this company, there has been issues everytime, and when you call or email it could take days to hear from them if even you do. One instance I tried calling someone from customer service and it took a total of 8 hours before someone picked up, and when some did pick up(a man named Jason) was super rude and told me I would have to wait another 24-48 hours to hear from someone. It just unfortunate because they do really have great products.

potency seems to vary greatly on gummies.Some have little effect. Sorry to hear free shipping to end on under $50. purchase. Would order bigger quanity to qualify, if dollar amount was reasonable.

Way to l long to receive any customer…

Way to l long to receive any customer support. I would rather buy from a secured company where I know I will receive the upmost customer service. They definitely responded same day btw but none of my issue were answer and they responded every so hours. Exhale if you guys want screenshots of the conversations and times I will be please to post or email them to you guys . This is a 100% honest review based on my experience.
