BE CAREFUL WITH ILIA KARAS!

I am Vladyslav Kuzmenko, a co-founder of ExistLive. Based on my personal experience, I have serious concerns about the company’s leadership and my dealings with Ilia Karas.

I believe commitments made to me regarding my role, contributions, and equity were not honored. After dedicating significant time, effort, and resources to helping build the company, I was left deeply disappointed by how the situation was handled.

My attorneys are currently representing me in an ongoing founders’ dispute. Because of my experience, I encourage anyone considering investing in or partnering with the company to conduct thorough due diligence, verify all representations independently, and ensure every agreement is properly documented in writing.

If you are an investor, consider both the financial and reputational risks before making any decisions. This statement reflects my personal experience and opinions regarding my involvement with the company.

I was engaged as a backend development consultant by ExistLive LLC (also registered as ExistGive LLC in Delaware, ex Mouselive) under a signed Consulting Agreement. After completing all assigned work, which was reviewed and approved by the CTO and QA specialist, the company refused to pay and cut off all communication. The CEO ignored every follow-up attempt including emails, messages, and a formal demand letter sent via USPS Certified Mail. The matter has been reported to the DC Attorney General's office and is now with a professional collection agency. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with or trusting this company to proceed with extreme caution.
