Before my MONTHLY subscription was about to end, I canceled my subscription so it would not renew. I then received an email CONFIRMING the subscription was cancelled. However after recieving this confirmation, the subscription renewed anyway and charged me again. Customer Service refuses to refund it.
Do NOT get this service. They WILL try to scam you, especially based on other reviews on here.

In addition to cancelling my sub, I also attempted to remove my card but they actively block you from doing so because the sub still had time left on it. They also don't send you any emails letting you know that your sub auto-renewed and that you've been charged.
If you look at recent reviews, you'll see plenty of instances where other customers fell victim to the same predatory tactics. Like me, they all submitted a cancellation request and yet the sub still auto-renewed and refund denied.
Avoid at all cost. Or if you insist on using ExitLag, choose a different payment method where you won't get hit with a recurring bill because it will happen. Just look at the numerous reports from other customers with the exact same issue. I should have done my homework beforehand.

This companies B2B relations are absolutely abysmal, one of the worst experiences I have EVER had in over 10 years within the industry.
I contacted them via a support ticket on their official Discord channel regarding a partnership with my product which they expressed their interest in and was told to contact them via a google form and that they would reply within 14 days.
Over a month later I still had no response, so I once again opened a ticket on their Discord.
After a further 24 hours of this ticket being open with no response, I had a response from another competitor in the market, of which I informed ExitLag of in the ticket, and all of a sudden they wished to answer the ticket.
Extremely unprofessional, I highly recommend you to avoid this company for any type of brand collaboration.

For a product that supposed to fix lags and network stability, I got huge spikes of 3 seconds during prime time, which results in instant death.
So, without exitlag i have 100ms constantly, with exitlag i got ~43 which is good, except during prime time, where i get random spikes.
Made ticket, sent them logs, and screenshots, they couldn't care less. And of course no return policy.

During the subscription period was unable to cancel the subscription and delete my bank card information, because The ExitLag Team make the deletion button inactive, which is a brutal violation of GDPR.
I have screenshots stated that the period must expired in order to delete your card information and of course at the due date they autorenew subscription, flipping my money. That's on purpose to tax you one more time before you leave them. I wrote a Support ticket and they confirmed that cannot refund the money.
About the ExitLag reply - I didn't delay with cancelation of my subscription. The button was inactive. No need to pretend that it's a privacy issue or customer fault, ok ?
