Returned Goods, Still No Money Back
Very disappointing refund experience with EXIT Toys.
I returned the items using the company’s own return labels and followed their instructions. Despite this, I have been waiting a long time for my refund and received multiple contradictory explanations from customer service.
First I was told the refund had already been processed. After checking with my bank, no refund had been received. My bank also confirmed that a refund could still be received even though the original Visa card had expired.
Later I was told another refund was delayed because a returned item was allegedly missing, even though all items were sent back in the parcels using their labels. I also have documentation of the return shipments.
The most frustrating part has been the poor communication: different staff giving different answers, no clear ownership of the case, and repeated delays.
Products may be fine, but if something goes wrong and you need support or a refund, be prepared for a stressful process.
