Stay away from exodus it is just a scam . They will give you 12 words for recovery purpose and it will never work . They will blame you for your loss while they are enjoying the money they stole from you . There are far better options out there to safely hold crypto and not be scammed .
I had $50,000 stolen from my Exodus wallet just this past Monday, and the experience has been nothing short of devastating. Despite sending over dozens of emails, all I’ve received in return is generic responses and no real support.
This is not a minor issue — it’s a catastrophic security failure. Somehow, someone was able to gain full access to my wallet without my knowledge or authorization, which raises serious concerns about flaws in the app itself.
Exodus has shown zero accountability and no willingness to properly investigate or assist. Because of this, I am now escalating my case to the FBI Cybercrimes Division and filing a complaint with the FCC regarding their lack of support.
Until Exodus addresses these serious vulnerabilities and provides real customer protection, I strongly warn others against trusting this platform with their money.
