I sent some transactions for a swap that "expired" on exilox with my dcent wallet. My funds were not refunded and I was panicked. The exilox chat took care of my problem promptly. Im so thankful

Funds are held for 2 months

I am extremely disappointed with Exolix. Because of their own mistake — displaying an outdated WEVER contract address — I created three swap requests.

Here’s the unbelievable part:

Two of those swaps were processed by Exolix despite the same incorrect address, and they admitted they could not return the funds, so they at least completed the exchanges.

But for the third identical swap, they have been ignoring me for over three months.

Instead of processing it like the previous two or simply issuing a refund, they now hide behind the excuse that I supposedly “sent the wrong coin,” even though the situation is 100% identical to the two swaps they already completed.

So Exolix is holding my money while refusing to take any responsibility for the fact that their system provided the wrong address in the first place. Their support has gone completely silent, and all I get are excuses and delays.

In my experience, this service has shown zero accountability, inconsistent handling of identical cases, and no respect for customers’ funds. Until they resolve this issue and return what is owed, I cannot recommend Exolix to anyone.

This has been one of the most frustrating, unprofessional, and alarming customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Missing Funds After Completed Swap

I completed a swap through this service, but they still haven’t delivered the ~1800 USDT I’m owed. It has been nearly a month since I completed the swap. They are now giving incorrect explanations instead of resolving the issue, even though the transaction was completed on my end and fully verifiable. Very disappointed with the handling of this situation.

Ive been using this exchange now not for long but the experience has been amazing that i dont regret the first day i found on x, the UI is great and the fact that its a non custodial wallet makes it more interesting...you should check the dex feature as well

A seamless experience so far.

Been using Exolix for a couple of months now and the whole experience has been seamless. Smooth UI which makes it super easy to navigate between using the Exchange or the DEX on the homepage, smooth transactions and low gas fees. Been enjoying all this without needing to go through the stress of KYC verification which other exchanges would have been gungho about lol.

Could complain but wont

Could complain but wont!

My transaction had failed AML, it went to a stage shown as 'overdue' which i have read about occurring to other users. however, in my case i was not as unlucky as others. i had 10,000 usdt erc20 frozen, however a quick chat with live support and they had given me two options, a dex swap or a refund. i opted for the latter, to the original sender address. the eta given was 30 minutes, which was then later extended aa further 30 minutes. The refund did get completed back to the original sender.
