I have been using Exopip for over a year now, and I must say that their platform is amazing.

Two days ago, September 11, after reading an article about investing money, I filled in three pieces of information about asking for more information. I was called immediately but I had doubts because it didn't look like what I was looking for. I asked questions about this and, in retrospect, did not get any good answers. I should have listened to myself better. It was very refined and fast and before I knew it exopip had helped me through the whole process (very friendly and full of patience). The next day someone would call me to help me further.

After this process I opened the exopip site and saw that this was absolutely not what I meant and felt stupid that I had allowed myself to be manipulated so easily and just accepted what they told me and with unclear answers to my directly asked questions because I wasn't sure if I opened the right link.
So, I immediately wrote an email to say that this was all based on a mistake on my part and that I wanted to cancel this account immediately. (no answer for yet).
On September 12th I received a call from the person who would help me further and before he told his story I told him that I had made a mistake and wanted to cancel everything. He wanted to explain everything to me to arouse my interest, but I said that I wanted to cancel my account immediately. I even had the impression that he got angry.
At the end of this conversation he told me that he would pass on the closure of this account and that I would be called back.

Yesterday, September 12, I was called twice and after picking up I heard music and then they hung up.

Today, September 13, I sent an email to their skills office where I again asked to close my account.

I have made this mistake myself and should have paid more attention.

Wednesday 13th september I received the following message by email:

Thank you for contacting us.

We have received your request for a refund and will be following up with you within the next business day with further information.

14th september: received 4 phone calls (2 different phone numbers) but when answering them, first music en then they hang up.
18th september: Still waiting for refund
25th september: Received plenty phone calls and still waiting for refund.
2th of october: It only takes 5 minutes to pay, for a refund you need to wait...

16th of october finally I received my refund. 👍👍👍

Don't get mislead by the few positive reviews of their own people on here!!!! This company is not ligit nor thrustworthy. You can't get out, once you're in the system and your money is gone!!!!

Exopip trading conditions are very favorable, and I have been able to make profits since I started trading with them.

As a new trader exopip were initially very forthcoming in helping me. However, I decided to withdraw after reading negative content online and I can say withdrawing my money was drawn out and not so easy, so, I wonder had I not posted on trust pilot whether I would have got my money back. All in all frustrating and a lesson learnt to research thoroughly in advance.

One week ago I decided to open an account with EXOPIP. Shortly after I received a call from a employee. He very kindly guided me through the process. I was informed that next morning I will receive a call from my future contact. As promised I received a call from a person named Paulo Saller. Before receiving the call I had totally regret opening the account.
Looking closely to the web site – There is no names, no phone numbers, no address info – so completely impossible to contact anyone in EXOPIP.
So I informed mr. Saller that I wanted him to cancel my account. He guided my through my account and asked me to reconsider my decision. I told him that I had made up my mind – I wanted out of the program.
Conversation ended and my account was not closed. During the next couple of days we exchanged some emails. I still asked for deleting my account. The fee was drawn from my credit card.
Since I now had access to my account I could check if I was able to delete my account from the web site. This was not possible. On their web site there is no info on the imployees (names - emails, phone), no info on nationality, no info on where the compagny is located.
Furthermore I discovered that EXOPIP is on the WARNING LIST by “The Financial Commision”.
So stay away from EXOPIP. If you open an account – you can’t get out again.
To this day my account is still not deleted.

As a professional trader, I have used several brokers in the past, but exopip is by far the best. The trading conditions are very competitive, and the execution is lightning-fast.

This platform is an exceptional brokerage with top-notch trading tools and platforms.

I like their improved trading experience. Also, I really like the stop order function and I hope they will keep going and further improve the experience.

I am glad about the swift withdrawals I made from my accounts and this broker is absolutely reliable and convenient to the traders.
