Ordered a baby female Rainbow Boa for my birthday and had her couriered for the first time ever. Absolutely over the moon with the service, delivery and over health of my snake!

Absolutely fantastic
I was ordering from exotic pets when they were on eBay. I went to order one day and the live food was gone, I panicked as I've used others off eBay and they haven't even been half as good as these guys. Managed to contact them ( great relief ) and have been ordering through the website ever since. The food still amazes me. I especially love the fruit beetle grubs, All big fat and juicy haha my beardies love them. All the other live food I've had is excellent too, all have been nice and healthy. I have never had a problem with anything when ordering through their website, and if I've ever needed to call up they are always polite and so helpful. Would 110% recommend exotic pets, I will never use anybody else now. I think it would be very hard to find anyone else up to exotic pets standards.

Above and beyond all expectations 11/10
I have always been reluctant to order online from new places . But I looked at reviews and took the plunge . Perfect all round couldn't be happier , quality products and animals delivered on time . Great pre sales advise and most importantly great customer communications and advise even after the sale completed . Would recommend to all you won't be disapointed .

Exotic pets are the best pet store I've ever dealt with. Excellent level of customer service. They are committed to their customers. Always healthy livestock with follow on help and advice if required. I bought a young Royal Python off them and it's the best feeder I've ever seen. Rarely refuses a feed. My 5 horned frogs all arrived very healthy and readily started feeding. They are all healthy and happy and again rarely refuse a feed. I highly recommend exotic pets to any novice or experienced herpetologist.

Amazing people, amazing service!
The people who run this company are incredibly nice and are willing to help with any problem a person may face as the animals in their care are their top priority. The company itself is 5 star and I would highly recommend this company for ordering live food and other products over any other company.
I myself, have ordered many tubs of fruit flies off of them and personally I have never seen as many great quality flies in a tub as the ones they sell here, there are more in a tub than what most pet shops sell and they last a long time too. Their other products are of a high quality as well.
I'd recommend this company to absolutely anyone. :)

Great to deal with
I bought some tarantulas a few weeks ago and they all arrived quickly and well packed. I bought some red eyed tree frogs and a couple of green anoles last week and they have just been delivered by courier. First class service from exotic-pets.co.uk
