Hello, I ordered a bottle of nitrous oxide (640g) but I haven't received any e-mail or message to tell me that my order has been taken care of, can you solve this problem? thank you

I was very satisfied with the entire experience from ordering, payment and delivery. Everything was simple, clear and seamless. The product is of high-quality and the delivery was quicker than expected (2 days from payment).

Never had any problems, but the last order was a 2000gram tank. I'm not sure what happened but it was leaking like crazy. ( Probably over 75% of the gas was waisted)
I texted them my order number and they just told me there was nothing to do because it was empty... I told them I can send it back in the box they would ship me a new one in but no. Bad costumer service.

Great Product, BUT
whip cartridge was PROBABLY NOT FULLY CHARGED. I PRE-CALCULATED THE THEORETICAL YIELD of the gas cartridge (Amount of full Balons), comparing to a pack of 8 gram cartridges from the baking store.
What I actually got out of the big cartridge, was actually ABOUT 9 - 12 BALLOONS LESS.

My conclusion: I like the product but less gas than expected.

I ordered one 2kg cylinder and it arrived partially damaged. After contacting the seller with pictures i just got ignored and scammed for my money.

Very transparent great service in relaying the information regarding every step of the process I highly recommend them.

The delivery was handed to ups. No tracking number was delivered to me till I asked for it when I realized the package was super delayed. Then ups meshed up with our shipment and delivered to other person than the receiver. I asked since 1 month the updates for the claim and my money back but they don’t respond to me.

Great discreet packaging, efficient shipping and overall a good experience with the product.

155 dollars later and 4 days and I’m looking at my order barely having been created

Haven't received my order yet because of UPS but bought it before and works well for desserts.

5/5 but you could put even more gas into it😂

The regular hose leaks and is far too short to be remotely useful

Good product but one of the tanks must have leaked during shipping, the plastic nossel that comes with it also leaks during filling
