They are scams
I am facing the court because of these idiots.
They took the money from my account when I purchased the vignettes but never activated them and now I keep receiving fines from every country
They are nasty

Unacceptable service! I paid for my vignettes with Exotoll, they were never activated even though the payment was taken. As a result, I received fines at my home address. I have sent several emails and received no response, which makes this even more outrageous. I demand an immediate refund, coverage of the fines, and a clear explanation. If nothing is resolved quickly, I will report Exotoll to the authorities and consumer protection organizations.

On one occasion, I encountered an issue where the official website had blocked my email address, making it impossible to complete the purchase.
