FEELS LIKE BETRAY, CEO GIVES PROMISSES AND DON'T CARE!

Bought his product 3 yrs ago which he is not developing anymore.(Ultradense hypercube, bought on Okt. 21) Promissed me to Update the cube that I can personaze it, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it. Never Updated it even till today.

Customer Support is a joke, first it took months to get a respond of the company. Owner respondet and told me, because he can't hold his promisse he made at the beginning to me, because of that he will ship me his new product the ONE Lamp.( 2 years after I bought my product)

This is now 5 months ago he said that to me. Exoy (Maksim & co) ignore my request for updates on purpose. He Blocked me on Social Media after I called him out. ( Facebook, Instagram)

Not responding via E-Mail, his contact Formular on his Website, his Support bot even on Instagram he is ignoring me as a day 1 Customer of his product.

I can not recommend a company who is like he is handleing with customers that worse! people Who paid a lot of money for his product get's no Support, refund or can trust his promissed words!

I'm a verry polite person and gave him more then enough time to come up to me byhimself that he could tell me he can't hold his promisse he made to me and will find a solution. This never happend and now I'm sad, frustrated, annoyed and angry on this company. It feels like I got betrayed by that company.

I had to find it out 2 years later ( my cube wasn't working as advertised the whole time btw. ) by messaging him over and over again.

Company because of that verry bad behaviour with customers, not recommendable.

The Problem is still not solved till today. 15.6.24. I sendet at least more then 100 Mails with a Update request, when he intends to hold his promisse and ship a new Lamp.

I informed the authoritys in my country about his company.

To everyone out there, be carefull! First and last time I help a small company.

I will make all official and release all conversations I've had with him and hope other people don't fall for this company. This is just a bit of what I've going trough with this company.

Exoy, Maksim & Co if you read this.

WHAT IS WITH YOUR PROMISSE TO ME!?

WHY DO YOU IGNORE ME INSTEAD OF STICK TO YOUR WORD YOU GAVE TO ME AS COMPANY OWNER?!

AND WHY DOES IT TAKE MORE THEN 2 1/2 YEARS?!

I just want that you stick to your word as a CEO and send me your ONE Lamp as offered. Reply to my mails and not say you strive for a better customer Support if you anyway don't stick to your words. Just DO IT!

Sorry for bad writing, mistakes and may weird timelines. It's a long process already which I never expected comes up like this. And don't get me to wrong. I still love his product, that is why I bought it in the past. But as a Company Owner, things like that never should happen!
