I have a "professional" subscription with a mobile app,
they told me I have to deploy my app on the apple store and the play store,
Apple store rejected the app and still not published but they did not refund my money,
also, the website is not working for 4 days, and no reply from the support

The worst company ever. They will keep contacting you through the phone until you pay then after that they will ignore you. They have a support team just to keep you waiting for 0 results. There is no refund. Never trust this company. I have screenshots

This website is very sketchy in my opinion. Dont trust them; all the positive responses here were written on the same day. I have had bad experience with them trying to call and contact me for no reason.

To be honest it is less than zero star. Its hard to get support from them. cash on delivery fee is not working i send a question to them they answered me with the link where to manage it but what im telling them its not reflecting even i made the option on it. they told me that they will get back to me and checking with their specialist.ITS BEEN THREE DAYS NOW. i asked for update they answered me they are still checking. I bought a domain to them and i want to set up my business email. they have the option to manage the domain there is no option to create a CNAME nor update the dns records. i informed them i sent screenshot for them to understand that they doesnt have any option to manage the dns records , they send me the link to follow where but they didnt show what to do inside of it because its nothing. they told me that they will be checking it with their specialist but its been 2 days now i havent receive any update from them. I feel that they dont even care thats why im planning to move to Shopify but i need to connect my Domain there but i am not able to do so because there is no option to manage the dns from expandcart

Very bad e commerce platform, bad customer services they care about money, there is a many issue in themes
they have limited option for payment gate way, product option,
if one of the customer ask for modified the ask for big amount for small modified also the customer cant modify because they are close all of the coding, so they forced you to pay.

I have dealt with Expandcart for almost 14 months on Enterprise plan “highest category” to make an e-commerce website for my wife however they did not succeed to make it works nor to fulfill their promises by good designs🤪.The website content completely erased in 1st day of launch🤯.Their templates is not responsive on mobiles with very poor user experience😓.
Even the mobile application is published without my review and it was less than basic and repellent to UAE 🇦🇪 customers🥵.
I have requested to refund the money of 2nd year subscription remaining amount against 10 months period and they refused and said that this is against their policy.
In conclusion, Very bad technical support and not professional in their work or handling their customers’ needs😔.
