I spoke to another company for two days and signed 2 contracts just for the loan to fall thru. I spoke to Jake 3-4 time over 2 hours and was approved for the amount that I needed, despite my credit hi... See more

Very good people to work with everything went quick and easy will definitely use them again
I liked the customer service. I was disappointed and felt the offer was lower than I expected. However, I would recommend to anyone looking for assistance for their company.
After getting denied everywhere else, ECG got me approved and funded in 2 days. Buddy is my agent, and walked me through the process every step of the way!
Well, this is my first time doing this time the loan, the experience is pretty good, and the company is very honest.
I wanna start off by saying that this company discriminated me in my profession. I am a medical practitioner/massage therapist. They denied me because they said that being a massage therapist is in their category as a restricted industry. Now I didn’t know that going to school for massage was illegal. I guess people just wake up one day and say “let me spend money and take a medical course for nothing”. Not sure what their thoughts were, but my job is professional. I make about $15,000 a month and I qualified for a loan. The audacity that this Company has, so I would stay away from them.
I have never before used private funding. I didn't care for all the access to my banking and financial records, nor the prohibition of payoff from other lenders which the contract requires. I can see, though, how the Expansion Capital Group must have forged the details from experiences they do not care to repeat.
Good communication and quick financing decision
It was a scary experience at start because there a lot of scams out there today. After a couple days and dealing with this company they were straight forward and did what they said they were going to do, very reliable company.
Very friendly and responsive, they provide quick answers and offer detailed information to allow the customer to make the best decision. Great customer service.
Rodney R. calls me out of the blue looking to review my bank statements and get clarification on transfers on my statement. After I explain it to him, he suggests I send him a copy of my contract showing my software partnership, which was confidential but would be helpful with the underwriter for a likely approval.
Like clockwork, the mild mannered man ghosts me when he figured I was not going to be approved but the lack of professional courtesy and respect will forever give this industry a bad rap. Whats sad is, these guys approach people like "its just for now" and never seem to think, you may need that client in the future for income or the next payday and it wouldn't have cost you anything to simply disclose why an application was not approved or otherwise.
We are adults and I do not care if you do not want my business since you couldn't benefit but I shared a confidential document with you is my regret, which is significantly bigger than the short-term vision demonstrated by these brokers (hustlers). So I say openly to Expansion Capital Group, I hope you safeguard all applicant's data or the very least shred them but also train your staff to do better because it does not take much to say, "hey, it couldn't work."
I pay you back a loan and they didn’t let me get another loan I had business
Great customer service - streamlined communication with clearly defined offers to help grow my business.
No issues the loan is what i needed to get one step further in my business by purchasing a vehicle and being able to hire an employee. Even with my low credit score your company still help me and i Appreciate that. Thank you
Laural was prompt friendly and reassuring that all of my financial needs were meant!
Helped when no one else wouldn't, very attentive and helpful.
