11/10

As a German, I'll admit I came into this with a fair amount of anxiety. We tend to be cautious about business processes outside of Germany, and anything beyond the EU feels especially daunting. I expected confusion, delays, and a lot of stress.
Instead, I had Mariam from ExpatHub in my corner — and she was outstanding. A solid 11/10. She handled the entire process with real professionalism and worked hard to keep things moving as fast as possible. At every stage she explained what was happening and what came next, which put my mind at ease more than I can say.
The one bump in the road wasn't even her doing: a town hall associate misspelled my passport number, and as a result my status briefly showed as "suspended." Mariam jumped on it immediately. She came with me back to the Town Hall that same day and personally made sure everything was corrected. That level of dedication is something you rarely see.
Going with ExpatHub turned out to be one of the best decisions I made during my relocation, and Mariam is a huge part of why. If you're an expat who's nervous about setting things up in a new country, I can't recommend her — and the agency — highly enough.

Do not trust this company ever

Do never ever trust this company, I bought a service called “Driver Licence exchange” they did nothing at all. I went to service agency myself, no organization no system. No giving any right direction. It just waste of money, they got over 500GEL + Tax, and they did nothing. Not even a simple help!! When I asked about form 100/a report that where can I get, they didn’t even care, no response. They have no clue what’s going on what’s happening. When I was in service agency, I called the guy name “Davit I think he is director or something. He sent someone who has 0 knowledge about this service. They refused my exchange application due to their fault and missing informations. Totally waste of money!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your experience, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.

Our records show that we accompanied you to the Service Agency for your driver’s licence exchange and informed you in advance that specific documents needed to meet formal requirements, including being notarized and apostilled abroad, then translated into Georgian and notarized locally. Additionally, one of the documents needed to confirm that your driving rights had not been suspended, which we also communicated beforehand.

On the day of the appointment, the documents provided did not meet these required standards, and one of them lacked the necessary information. As a result, the Service Agency was unable to process the application.

We understand that navigating these procedures can be frustrating, and we always aim to guide our clients as clearly as possible. If anything remains unclear, we would be glad to provide further explanation.
