I would highly recommend Expedited Passports and Visas. The assistant I worked with, Adria , was great. She was professional, courteous and thoughtful. I was very impressed that she always answered her phone. I was not put on hold and I did not have to explain the request to another assistant. She arranged for me to get a new passport and a Visa from Brazil in time for me to take a cruise which I had booked only a few weeks from the departure date. She got the job done with 9 days to spare. Thank you Adria!

Lasia H. knows customer service and was extremely helpful in obtaining a passport quickly and swiftly. Lasia H. was patient through the whole process, as I had so many questions, and she took me step by step with making sure all ducks were in a row. She was always available and always ANSWERED HER PHONE!! In this day and age, when you have a quick question, it was so nice to be able to call and have a direct number, and only deal with Lasia. I truly appreciated how she communicated and her attention to details. I will be referring Lasia as she is highly skilled and knows this industry. She got me a passport within 24 hours!

These folks are the real deal. I was amazed at how responsive and accessible the customer service was. It was literally ring-ring hello access. Adria worked with me step by step to make sure I filled out the forms correctly, then reviewed for accuracy in real time. They actually cared and in only a few days I am looking at my new passport as I type this. I almost can't believe it.

While this service is more expensive than your typical passport, the convenience is worth every penny. I would've driven over 4 hours both ways to the next in-house government expediting services. Expedited (and our personal consultant Bridgette) were exceptional! They made our China Visa process easy and quick - it took 8 calendar days, 5 business days using their standard service. Since the China Visa is a bit more complicated than most, I strongly recommend that you use a service like theirs that truly offers someone on the other end of the line that will help with questions. Bridgette was VERY responsive and made sure we had every detail of our application completed correctly. I first tried another highly-rated company, but quickly learned that they really didn't offer the personal service help that they claimed. Then, Expedited exceeded my expectations!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This service is excellent in taking the guesswork out of expediting passports. I'm not savvy in these things, and needed it in less than a month. I used the service, was told what documents to send, and was given a fedex label to send them off. They got there the very next morning, and I was emailed that the docs were processing.
Today is almost 1 week to the day since I sent off the documents. (They got there on the 13th) The passport arrived today with the passport card! The 21st! Amazing, and highly recommend if you just don't want to deal with the red tape, and need to get this done quickly. The agent you work with verifies all your documents for you so you know what was sent is good. They're happy to communicate with you, and very helpful. Lasia was my personal contact there, and was just amazing, and understanding. I was really worried about doing this, I HAVE to make this flight next month. She was very sweet to deal with.
10/10 would use again (in 10 years when the next one expires, and I forget again right before a trip)
