Brilliant service enjoyed the tour easy to deal with no dramas

Your website ,in my experience is misleading, it does not reflect the terms and conditions of the tour operator and i would not use this site again.

The captain and the staff were very polite and informative

The weather wasn’t on our side but the instructor was amazing! Very helpful with great tips! Definitely book with him when you are that side!

We booked a cruise for 10:45, got to the location on time, waited, and at 10:45 there was still no personal or boat. We called the provided number, the employee claimed our ticket was for 11:30 (on the ticket it clearly said 10:45). After we discussed a little, he hung up on me. I reached out to experience gifts, which said that the cruise operator claims the cruise went on as planned. So now we are trying to get our money back via our bank.
If you are thinking about booking a cruise im NYC to see the statue of liberty, I would advise you to rethink that and definitely do not book the 10:45 cruise. It's quite dubious to me that the cruise operator is lying to experience gifts, maybe to keep the money. I would not book here again.

The reason why I gave 1 star is because I can only rate the experience I had, which was a missing cruise and impolite responses on the phone. I can only speculate that the operator is at fault and will never know what the actual cause was. I cannot trust that the ticket I receive in the future will not have similar issues, that is why I would refrain from booking again.
I wish experience gifts the best and hope they sort out their issues. My opinion and review is a valid experience and I am sorry if that is upsetting.

Enjoyable hour spent on the water.

Lady at register for mt Washington cruises wasn't happy we used 3rd party, the time was wrong also the location was wrong!! Luckily she was able to fix your multiple mistakes and we were able to take the cruise.

Made good on the raincheck Promiss. We will be back. Excellent boat ride

What a tour, it's was my young lads Zach birthday 8th year's of age , and from the moment we arrived our guide gordan and keith made a huge fuss over him , to start a bags of goodies and made him captain for the day , Jordans knowledge of the club was unreal and also his knowledge of the city was fabulous 👌, I would like say a huge thanks to all you really made his day .

i came late then forfeit the money

Not organized. Not enough seating space on wagon. Two groups dropped off at a wine tasting venue when there is only seating available for one group.

That’s pretty enjoying ride that I ever had. Worth it

My family and I had so much fun learning skydiving techniques in the windtunnel! My husband had a chance to test his skills from a few years ago and had a blast! Jacob, our instructor, was super helpful and gave lots of comprehendible instruction which I appreciated! Next time we come back to Australia we will go for another fly!

I have not done the tour, but purchased as a Christmas gift.
The process to purchase tickets was really easy and the price very reasonable 👌

They canceled my cruise at the last minute and I am having a difficult time getting reimbursed.
