Data issues
At first, this platform appears to be a great idea and I was optimistic about using it. However, issues began almost immediately after signing up, including difficulty accessing and managing my account, notably there was no clear way to close it via the dashboard.
Shortly after creating an account, I began receiving a sudden and significant increase in unsolicited phone calls and emails from accounting firms and agencies. This was not happening prior to joining the platform. Some callers explicitly confirmed that they had obtained my details through Experlu, which raised serious concerns about data handling and security.
Despite repeatedly requesting that my account be closed and my data removed, this took several days and multiple follow-ups to action. During this time, the contact continued. The overall handling of the situation was slow, frustrating, and left me feeling that my concerns were being dismissed rather than properly investigated.
While the concept of the platform is good, my experience has highlighted worrying issues around account control, responsiveness, and data protection. Unfortunately, this resulted in a very poor overall experience and I would not use the service again.
