I looked at their program a month or two ago.
It was not for me.
It seems that without my permission they sent me emails saying thank you for buying our program and thanked me for changing my password.
None of this is true and I cannot find a place on their website that allows me to send them a direct email or call them.
To me these people are an outright scam.

Conversion status
it seems that one can not see the status of a conversion
I hope I am not the only one ho would like to see it. The hand is good but does not give further information (more detailed)

Didn't do much with Expert Pdf.
Didn't do much with Expert Pdf because the one thing I wanted it to do, it couldn't. Then my password wasn't recognized, so I was locked out. Online tech support didn't help. Finally got help from a nice lady via Chat. Also, I don't like renting software. Would prefer to own it.

Scam. From their frontpage, they claim that program is free, but when you register, the final step says that you must buy one of their products in order to make their program work.
