We have an app developed by Expert Apps which is used as our main communication hub with our members and they love it.

Very responsive & customer orientated when help is reqd to help build our app. Offer good bespoke App building service in addition to enabling you to build your own. Lots of ongoing support & education provided to ensure you get the most from your app. My only slight criticism is that the app technology actually does way more than most people realise - they should shout out more about some amazing hidden customisable features!

I've been working with Expert Apps for 2 years, and I find the team are hard-working, helpful, friendly, responsive and innovative. I have the licence for three mobile apps, and it's helping me reach wider audience of people interested in knitting, crochet and other crafts. The software is continually being updated to give a superior user experience. It's possible to build up groups and communities within the apps, to share ideas, links, videos and photos, and respond to end user posts and comments within the apps. Every week the Expert Apps team share progress with the licence holders via interactive video (as physical meetings are not possible in lockdown), and gather feedback in order to plan for further new features. Very professional. Highly recommended.
