I can highly recommend using Irene at Expert Evictions. She was responsive and her knowledge of the whole eviction process was outstanding. Irene helped with a section 21, and a court notice with Bailiffs on a 2 bed flat, which if you’ve ever had to go through evicting a tenant that won’t leave your property
can be very complex and stressful, but with Irene’s expertise she made this very easy and was always available for any questions and queries along the way on WhatsApp and email.

Irene provided exceptional service and support to help us successfully seek eviction notice via the court. The tenants had not paid rent for a substantial period of time and made numerous false allegations against the landlords in their defense statements. All of which were proved wrong with supporting evidence presented to the courts. Irene drafted letter which was presented to the judge, and within a matter of minutes the landlords were given possession order.

Irene was always happy to help and answer any questions we had, all this within the original fee of £575. Her responses were prompt and she kept us up-to-date with the status, as well as reassuring us that the matter was being dealt with, even for the slightest delay in her response whilst she investigated the issue fully.

She is very proactive, helpful and someone who goes out of her way to get the job done. For example, she filed my section 21 paperwork, and then I needed to send a follow-up paperwork to the court by a certain date, and I was going to be on holiday that week. No problem. I am not one to write reviews but in this case I felt the need to share my experience with everyone.
I had rented out my property for the past 7 years and when the interest rates shot up, I realised I could not afford to keep the property and decided to sell. The tenant was given ample of notice to move out (7 months) and refused to move out and pay the new rent payments.
In despair I searched the internet and contacted friends and family and was given Irene's number by Eddy.
I had never been in this situation before and had no idea how to go about the legal process.
I am so happy that I decided to use Irene. She was extremely professional and efficient. Guided me through the whole stressful experience of putting the paperwork together for a section 21 notice. One mistake on this paperwork would have meant that the courts would have thrown the paperwork out. Irene guided me through every step meticulously and methodically and always took the time to explain things in a manner I would understand.
Irene was always available and ready to answer any questions or concerns I had! and that sometimes meant replying to my messages at 10pm at night and even phoning me back.
Without Irene's support and guidance I would have had a breakdown during this entire process.
Not only did Irene prepare the paperwork for the section 21, but also provided the paperwork for a counter claim when the tenant put in a defence with allegations that were unfounded.
I am still awaiting a date for a court hearing and am in regular contact with Irene who is still providing me support regarding the case.
I am hoping that the courts give me a possession order without a hearing, but I know if it gets to a court hearing, Irene will be there to guide and support me.
