Doctor Vadym was my first point of contact and helped me throughout the whole process. Any question I had, at any time of day, he had a quick response. Everything was arranged ahead of time for me, and all costs were included in the original quote. I had Dr. Engin Ocal and he was amazing!! Couldn’t be happier! I’m already pleased with the results and it’s only been 6 days since the surgery. I can’t wait to see how it looks in a few months.

An Exceptional Experience of Face&Necklifting in 45 yo female patient with Prof. Dr. Atacan Emre Koçman

I recently underwent a face and neck lift, as well as inferior blepharoplasty and lip lift with Prof. Dr. Atacan Emre Koçman, a very skilled facial reconstructive surgeon in Istanbul, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and overall experience.

Before making my decision, I spent a lot of time researching different surgical techniques and surgeons, ultimately choosing him because of his expertise in the deep plane technique. The procedure was performed under general anesthesia and lasted five hours, went smoothly. I felt completely comfortable throughout and was able to return to a normal routine almost immediately, after 2 nights that i was in clinic for monitoring before moving to a hotel for an additional nights of rest and recovery. I experienced absolutely no pain afterward—just some normal swelling, which was expected.

What really stood out to me was how much the Dr. Koçman genuinely cared about my well-being. He followed up regularly to ensure I was comfortable and answered any questions I had before & during my recovery. It’s rare to find a surgeon with such a perfect combination of technical expertise and deep empathy for their patients.

I am extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Prof. Dr. Atacan Emre Koçman to anyone considering similar procedures. I will for sure come back for revision when will be needed in 10/15 years

I would also highly recommend the IME team that organised everything (all logistics, from and to airport and in Istanbul, blood tests, hotel accommodation etc etc), continuously check and support from Dr. Vadym and from Ozan.

I recently had a rhinoplasty at a clinic in Istanbul, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the very first moment, the service was outstanding. The staff was professional, kind, and always attentive to my needs. The clinic itself was modern and clean, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process.

The customer service was excellent—always available to answer any questions and provide support whenever needed. The only small downside was the translator, who could have been a better English speaker, but this did not affect the overall experience too much.

I had a rhinoplasty and revision blepharoplasty with Dr Engin Ocal in December and my experience was extremely positive.
The preparation process began for me a few months in advance with Dr Vadim who provided exceptional support via WhatsApp throughout this period. We had a multitude of exchanges during which he answered all my questions, reassuring me in all my uncertainties and doubts. The trust he placed in me in the clinic and its medical team was such that my decision to have an operation by Dr. Ocal was made within a few days.
He was also the one who organized, down to the smallest detail, all the logistics of my stay in Istanbul.

The operation itself went very well. I particularly appreciated being able to see Dr. Ocal again for a quick, unscheduled consultation before taking my flight home, which allowed me to be completely reassured and get all my questions answered. The entire support team, including Nisa, Dr. Ocal's assistant, was very kind and helpful during my visits to the clinic.

I also had a few non-surgical esthetic procedures with Dr Mehmet Čimen during my stay. And I really appreciated his advice and his great professionalism. I will surely come back to Istanbul for more cosmetic procedures with him in the future.

I had Rhinoplasty with Dr Engin Ocal on the 23rd December with Vadym supporting over WhatsApp. From the very beginning when I enquired with Doku I felt confident as they didn’t push me into booking anything, Vadym was just happy to assist me with my questions. I decided in September that I would proceed with Dr Engin Ocal at Doku.

Everyone at Doku including the lovely nurses, Assistant (Anita) and Dr Ocal were beyond helpful, professional, caring and comforting through the whole experience. I was extremely nervous but they all kept reassuring me throughout. I even went back into Doku on one of my days recovering as I had concerns and they again went above and beyond checking over me to make sure I was okay and kept me in over night monitoring me. The level of care speaks for itself.

I travelled from Canada to get rhinoplasty from Dr. Öcal after seeing his work online. I reached out to get more information on booking a surgery, and right away Doctor Vadym had helped me get started with every single detail. His english was great and he answered all my questions effectively. I was really nervous with the booking but he made sure I had all the information I needed like my surgery plan, my travel details, and even a detailed schedule for the transportation. He also checked up on me after my surgery to see how I was feeling.

When I arrived at Doku clinic it was stunning. Very clean and lots of friendly staff.
The girls that were helping me answered all my questions and helped me fill out my forms. The nurses were very attentive and kind and always checked on me to make sure I was ok. I was always taken care of.

My meeting with Dr. Öcal Was great. He is very friendly and you can tell has a lot of expertise. He showed me the 3D scan of my nose and answered all my questions before surgery.
After surgery he also checked to make sure I was okay and showed me pictures of my nose before and after, so I didn’t have to wait a week to see it.
On the follow-up appointment to take the bandaid off, he showed me all the tips for aftercare of my nose, and relieved my nervousness I had about swelling.

Finally, my dream came true and I had mammoplasty. I would like to share my experience. Of course, like many others, I monitored the options and settled on the Aesthetic clinic and Dr. Ergin Er. A coordinator named Vadim contacted me. To say that he is a miracle man is to say nothing. Initially, Vadim answered all my questions immediately and, what is important, at any time. He was always in touch with me. He supported me and I calmed down morally. Since, as you understand, flying to an unknown place for my dream was very scary. Vadim was always online with me. And I was not mistaken. Everything went great for me. Dr. Ergin Er has golden hands and this doctor is the best of the best. At the clinic, a girl named Varvara met me at the very door. She was my translator throughout my entire stay in Turkey. A very responsive, pleasant and wonderful girl. And, by the way, after my stay in this country, both Varvara and Vadim were in touch with me. And it was very nice when after the work was done they were interested in your well-being and supported you. You get answers to all your questions and you are just happy. Many thanks to everyone!!!

I have to say that I never felt this safe before. I knew from the beginning I am in good hands. My biggest dream was to have a rhinoplasty and being able to breath normally again. Yes, from beginning to end it was Royal, the staff and doctor were very attentive and knowledgeable, and even though after treatment you need to give a normal time to settle and start working, I have to say I was surprised, I slept better, the next day after full treatment and felt more energy and stamina, all in all had a better feeling, I will let you know in a few months, Thanks

I would like to thank the Experts Medical service for the organization of our medical diagnostics and comprehensive support. I contacted the company by website and I received a reply from Dr. Konstantin for the next day. He is a man with great empathy and patience - he gave explanations and recommendations to all my million questions very competently, quickly and professionally. Our doctors recommended to my son corrective surgery at the clinic in Serbia. Dr. Konstantin helped to contact the clinic directly and get their correspondence consultation. Additionally, he has already organized a full-time diagnosis at the University clinic LIV (Istanbul). Fortunately, the need for surgery was not confirmed and we returned home. We had the experience of applying to foreign clinics for the first time and we had clear instructions and constant communication with Konstantin. So everything was great!
