It is the most stupid and hard to use software

I purchased a number of "LifetimeLicences" from this company, including commercial rights, and was pleased with the animated logos.
Just recently I created another animated logo for a client but could not sign in to get full access. I was prompted to login through "amember" which I have subsequently discovered is a service provider.
Support from Explaindio was a little slow, but none of the advice worked. I went back to them & was told because of undeclared updates I was blocked from access & offered a small voucher to spend on other stuff that I can't use because there's no core product!
I can accept that updates may not be continued but would expect, as is normal, to be allowed continued unsupported access and/or conversion to a new product.
No further responses to web-tickets & support email is rejected by servers.

I recently purchased the yearly plan from Explaindio.com with high hopes of creating engaging videos for my business. The website promised a 14-day money-back guarantee, which gave me some assurance before making the commitment. Unfortunately, my experience with their customer support has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Upon encountering issues with the software and facing difficulties in getting started, I tried reaching out to their support team via email. To my dismay, there was no response from them, even after waiting for several days. Determined to get assistance, I then submitted a ticket on their Freshdesk platform, hoping it would lead to a resolution. However, much to my surprise, my ticket went unanswered as well.

The lack of communication and support from Explaindio.com has been incredibly disheartening. As a paying customer, I expected timely assistance, especially when they boast about their 14-day money-back guarantee. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling like I've been left in the dark with no recourse.

Furthermore, the absence of any form of support has hindered my progress in utilizing the platform to its fullest potential. It's disappointing to invest in a product and not receive the promised assistance when encountering difficulties.

While I can't deny that Explaindio.com's software may have some valuable features, the lack of customer support significantly diminishes the overall experience. It is crucial for companies to stand by their promises and provide reliable support to their users.

In conclusion, my experience with Explaindio.com's yearly plan has been less than satisfactory. The lack of response from their customer support team, despite their advertised money-back guarantee, has left me feeling dissatisfied and regretful about my purchase. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work towards improving their customer support to ensure a better experience for their users in the future.

This is a terrible company to work with. They never send out subscription reminders, don't offer an easy means to cancel your subscription and then refuse to do a refund when requested. My advice? Avoid at all costs.

This company operates on unethical business practices.

1. You will be automatically opted into a yearly subscription without your notice.
2. Even if you are refunded your money within 14 days (if you are dissatisfied with the product), they do not automatically opt you out of the "subscription" service and they will continue to charge you.

Be careful with these people. they happy to take your money but have no customer service principles.

On the 31st of October 2022, they debited my account for another year's subscription to their Explaindio app. I haven't used this product in the last 12 months as to be honest, it's seriously outdated and clunky compared to modern offerings such as Doodly, CreateStudio etc.

I emailed them on the 31st October notifying that I would like a refund as I did not intend to use thier product going forward and hadn't used it in months. In addition, they sent no notification of a pending debit to my account and previous two years had debit my account on 2nd November.

Suffice that no matter how I pleaded with their 'Customer Service' individual, through a series of correspondence via email, he flatly refused to reimburse my account telling me he could do anything and that I have to use their software for another year.

It's clear these people are suing a poor product and 'Long-page' advertising to extort money out of potential creatives as their product cannot stand on it's own merit.

I am now in the process of starting legal action to recoup my costs.

This what explaindio told me after I bought their software which was not as advertsied. They insisted I needed to pay again for an upgrade when the original product should have met my needs.

"Explaindio company plays fair, and we treat all our members equally. We can't charge a customer for one amount and give discounts to another one, the price for our products would be the same for all"

I replied:

Absolute Rubbish.

You are not playing fair. You advertised Spanish Male voices which you have now admitted that the product does not have them.. That is NOT playing fair in fact its borderline illegal

All companies offer discounts so that is absolute rubbish too. Especially when they have sold a product not as advertised like you have. they offer compenstion often in the form of vouchers.

I ended up wasting so much time with delayed responses. Several screenshots later they admitted the website was wrong but offered no recompense. For wasting my time and effort.
