After having been quoted an 8 week wait by Specsaver I came across Explore Hearing and saw the positive reviews.

Luke offers a brilliant and efficient service and actually comes to your own home which is great. I made an appt on Monday and only had to wait until Wednesday for my visit....and I can hear again! He was very professional and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

My right ear had been blocked for about 7weeks I had been to doctors no help rang up Luke about 4days ago said he could look at my ear Wednesday 8th sept was very polite explained everything to me and now I can hear again would recommend 100%

Luke is a professional and personable audiologist.He can offer all the services of supply,full service back up and importantly, wax removal.He has all the modern equipment and will do home visits.
I have had hearing aids for 18 years and used many of the major providers.The service that Luke offers is in my opinion the most comprehensive and best available,and at reasonable prices.

Had blocked ears for a couple of weeks and was given Luke’s details by Doctor. Made an appointment and a week later I can hear again. Every step explained and put at ease when cleaning the ears. Very professional service, will certainly recommend. Thanks Luke

Excellent experience. Suffering with build up of wax for a while and finally decided to do something about it! So pleased I did, very professional service and highly recommended.

Thinking myself hard of hearing and booking a test, I was advised my ears needed wax removing prior it being able to be carried out. As someone who has a very severe dislike (phobia) of anything to do with ears I had been evading the issue since Lockdown 1! Friends recommended Luke Baker and encouraged by them I booked an appointment and waited with trepidation. I told him I was extremely fearful! He was not only calm and reassuring in a professional and easy way but extremely knowledgeable and astute in his treatment of me. At the end of the procedure I was not shaking and crying as I had expected but felt relief and a great sense of achievement in having climbed the mountain and gone down the other side. It was quick and painless!
I would have no hesitation in recommending Luke to anyone and am thankful I found him.

Like came out today to remove my ear wax, I would highly recommend him, very efficient, completely put me at ease, lovely young man.

Excellent, prompt and professional service by Luke at Explore Hearing. He visited me whilst we were on holiday, wearing full PPE , and with modern equipment performed microsuction on my ears to remove the wax that was impairing my hearing and causing me discomfort.

I had a hearing problem with a build of wax. The doctor’s surgery refused to help but Luke and ExploreHearing came out to my house and solved the problem. Very efficient and helpful and very reasonable. I would recommend Luke to anyone with a similar problem or a general hearing issue.

Luke came to my home to remove my ear wax. He had been most professional in making the appointment and arrived on time. He wore appropriate PPE and explained exactly what he was going to do, what I needed to do...ie sit still ...and what the vacuum removal process would feel like. His approach relaxed me and his description of the process was spot on. He removed the wax and used a computer based tool to let me see inside my ears before and after. Everything was easy and totally professional. I am already recommending him to a friend and will certainly use his service again. Jane 13/8/20

Thanks to Luke for his professional treatment today. Booking appointment couldn’t have been easier and he accommodated with a super speedy visit. We felt very safe with all PPE and Covid friendly precautions and Luke made my daughter relaxed and provided lots of information and future recommendations for her condition.
