Amazing support my daughter loves it at Camberley Explore Learning. Fabulous staff and so friendly. Definitely helping her. Would certainly recommend.

Tutors are good and their feedback post every session gives a clear idea of what needs to be focussed.

My daughter started there a few months ago, she has autism and struggles with anxiety, she does not attend school as she’s home educated now due to unmet needs in school, so I was apprehensive about her attending and wasn’t sure if she would manage. But she is absolutely loving it and doing so well. She never tries to not go which tells me she really enjoys her time there and she has even convinced her 2 siblings (also neurodivergent) to join so they are doing their free trial soon. They have been so good at tailoring it all to suit each of my child’s needs and putting in extra support to make it accessible for my children. The staff are also knowledgable on Sen and have never questioned any of the requests iv made for them and have in-fact made additional suggestions on how they can support them. So happy with this place, any Sen mum will know how hard it is to find somewhere that dosent run from your child needing more than the average 10/10 recommend.
Also, they are really accommodating at changing appointments even at the last minute if they have the availability they will do it

I’d like to say a big thank you to The Explorer Learning Centre (Newcastle) for all the support and care along the way. The team were kind, approachable, and really supportive, creating a welcoming and positive environment.
Communication was great, and it was clear the staff genuinely care about the children and their progress. We’ve had a very positive experience and would happily recommend the centre to other families.

All of the people working at this location are excellent and have helped our children advance a great deal in less than a year.

My daughter started at Explore Learning a year and a half ago and she is very happy with the tutors and her results are also better.

Overall, Explore Learning is a good company that provides a decent service. However, their booking system feels designed to prioritise their bottom line over the customer experience.

When block booking, you are required to have a lesson every single week, except for the two weeks a year when they are closed. For most families, committing to 50 weeks a year without a break is nearly impossible.

Unfortunately, postponing a lesson to a later date isn't an option. You can only reschedule within the same week, which is entirely unrealistic if you are away on holiday. The only alternative is cramming two lessons into a single week, which is counterproductive and overwhelming for a child.

A fairer system would allow families to postpone or carry over a set number of lessons per year. As it stands, the current inflexibility means I am frequently losing money on paid sessions that we simply cannot redeem.

From the very first encounter I cannot tell you how amazing this team of people are, the patience, the commitment and their level of enthusiasm for teaching/supporting the children is something I cannot put into words how much coming here has helped my son.

Ill forever be thankful to you all and would recommend and shout from the rooftops if your child needs a tutor or a little extra support go here!
People say its expensive and I cant lie at first i thought this too, but I'd pay double / triple the price every month for what you have done for my son and to be honest myself and my partner

This is a very good platform for studying, my children had no confidence at all when they started attending explore learning but they are doing better now. It is also affordable and the tutors are very friendly.

Everything is good but a bit crowded and need to follow what they’re doing.

Highly trained staff devoted and committed to helping & encouraging your child to do well in their studies and actually helping your child enjoy the work on site .The staff are Always welcoming and polite teaching in a clean ,happy ,safe ,well equipped and structured educational setting .

Explore Learning was one of the best decisions I have made!

All the members of staff are highly educated and know the curriculum like the back of their hand. They are also extremely welcoming, supportive, and respectful.

My son has progressed exceptionally well in both English and Maths. He is no longer behind and is now working confidently at the level he should be for his age.

My 9year old found an amazing tutor. Her name is Daria, very dedicated and supportive tutor. I give her 5 stars. My girl loved learning from her only. The learning environment, her patience and adaptability, her firm yet comforting and encouraging tutoring has built her confidence and made learning very interesting. Thank you Daria!
