Ordered some north face luggage to take offshore and required urgent delivery, not only was Guy quick at getting back to me via email he kindly dispatched the luggage promptly which meant I will receive tomorrow (tracking details received)

Really bad experience. No order confirmation and then a random refund a couple of weeks later with hardly an explanation. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Very unprofessional.

I ordered a North Face jacket. Received receipt r and Money was taken off my credit card immediately. That is when the good communications ended. After a week I had heard no more I could not contact them by phone due to their automatic answering machine permanently on. Emails had automatic receipt response. They got back to me the following day with a supplier problem excuse. They did this a number of times until I got sick of it asked for a refund of my £105 which they agreed but it would take up-to six days (Why) waited six days, no money, emailed them and got another lame excuse after which I got the refund. It took over a month in all. I certainly would not attempt to buy from them again. The 5 atar reviews on here must questioned.

I recently bought a North Face backpack from these guys and not only was it the best price I could find but with free delivery too. I had a few questions about the product and the guys were supper quick at getting back to me and I had the product in no time. I'd highly recommend Exploreoutdoors and will definitely use them for future purchases. Thanks again guys 5**

On Monday I decided to purchase a North Face Rolling Thunder 30” travel case, and got in touch with the team at ‘exploreoutdoors’ to confirm if they could deliver by Friday. There is a query form on the site so sent them a message, and Ade came back to me with 20 mins confirming that wouldn’t be a problem if I ordered before 1pm. I didn’t actually see the email until 1:30!! But luckily Ade was all over it and sorted out the dispatch for me straight away.

I contacted explore outdoors to confirm stock of items i was interested in and received very fast and helpful response. Once I placed my order service was also excellent with quick dispatch and delivery. All this service and they were also the best price i could find, this is very difficult to beat. Highly recommended.

Best price and easy to navigate pages with great product photos - makes things so much easier and a more stress free shopping experience. During my search they came up the cheapest and even went down during my searching. Mine was a last minute buy and when I contacted them about delivery, they were extremely helpful and made sure I would get my North Face Rolling Thunder in good time. Definitely recommended and I will be back :-)

Bought a North Face Rolling Thunder 30 which arrived the following day. Decided that it was too big so ordered Long Haul 26, They organised for the 30 to be picked up (at standard delivery charge) when the 26 was delivered 3 days later . Good communication from Ade at the store. Returned from my trip and refund for the 30 hadn't been paid. I sent an email to enquire and had an apology and the money refunded to PayPal within 24 hours.

Website easy to use and communications with CS quick and easy. I ordered a bag as a standard delivery and then realised needed it quicker, CS responded quickly and promptlyoffered to expedite delivery.

I ordered a Stratos Men's Jacket on the 16th of February for a gift, which after checking their website advised it was in stock and would take approximately 5 days + manufacturers courier service. It is now Mid April, winter is pretty much over so the gift has totally any kind of use or meaning and after multiple emails back and forth promising updates and I still haven't heard back and am no closer to getting a delivery date. After a few weeks I followed up and was advised it had to be ordered from the manufacturer and there were no updates. I followed up again and received a fairly generic impersonal response again repeating what had been told to me before. The last time I chased for an update I received an email 2 weeks ago advising they would have an update in the next couple of days - however I haven't heard anything yet and shouldn't have to keep chasing. It wasn't visible that it would take over 2 months to order a Jacket as the website leads you to believe it will be 5 days. Little effort has been made on their end to resolve or bother to follow up or even make any genuine gesture of apology for this and generally an impersonal and very poor level of customer service.
