Exploreoutdoors Reviews

Shopped from this site, twice.Northface cases, brilliant prices, were very helpfull ,in.helping me choose, and very fast delivery.

I hadn’t heard of explore outdoor but they came up in a google search and had the North Face jacket I wanted in stock.
Pricing was good and delivery was quick and I’m very pleased with the item.
I’d left it late to order to get in time for my trip so I contacted customer service to check the expected delivery and they were very helpful.
When looking for outdoor products in future I would definitely check their site.

Ordered a North Face Thermoball. Brilliant experience and can’t recommend this company enough

Easy to use website, great prices and quick delivery with good communication from both explore outdoors and the delivery firm. I will use them again and would recommend to others.

Great website with more than competitive pricing and a further discount offered at checkout.
Contacted them asking for an ETA and came back to me within the hour.
Will be using them again.

Hi, we are always quick to complain about poor service but I have just had some excellent service from Ade at Explore Outdoors which has really wowed me. I would like to say thanks and will be using Explore Outdoors again for future purchases.

Keep up the great work

Chris

Fantastic price and free p&p. And fast response when answering a question.

I'm reviewing the product. I purchased The North Face Women's ThermoBall, Small size, which should fit size 8-10. I'm between 8-10, however the jacket fits really tight, feels more like size 6 (xs). I had a trekking trip coming up, so there wasn't time to exchange it, and I decided to keep it, but I can only wear a very thin top underneath.
The jacket is really light, love the colour, but it won't keep you warm if the temperature is below 6 degrees. It works more like as an under layer. Perhaps, if the fit was right, I would be able to wear fleece as an under layer, and it would be perfect.
Explore outdoors, why is the fit so small? I will go to a store which sells the same jacket and compare sizes...

Quick faultless transaction thank you.

Fab service. Was shopping around and for a north face jacket and found these guys who I hadn't heard of before. The jacket was cheaper than anywhere else I had found, plus they had a code for an extra 20% off so even better! Ordered at 7pm last Wednesday and it had arrived by the Friday. Would definitely order from them again!

Very good communications, rapid delivery & about half price of other stores.

Fantastic!

Great service from explore outdoors, sent out next day delivery so I would get my north face jacket in time for holiday! Very happy, highly recommend

great jacket and delivered quickly, great company

Where do I start? with the quick delivery or the great priced product...

Quickest delivery I've experienced, very efficient and the gloves I bought for my skiing trip where the best price online! Perfect!!!! Will be buying from exploreoutdoor again.

Found the jacket I want cheaper than anywhere else and quick, free delivery. Can't say better than that.

Just bought a North Face bag from Explore Outdoors. I was concerned about some of the review,s however, you need not worry. I was worried about getting the bag in time for my flight and on Friday next week. I wrote them an email and they replied within an hour saying they would send it express without any cost to make sure it gets to me. Excellent service.

Fast delivery and a good quality product. Will certainly order from explore outdoors again.
