Think before using these guys.....

I ordered a Northface bag on 13Aug17. Advised it was a special order. No one available to talk to on the web tel number, just an answer machine. Email has auto reply that they will revert within 24 hours which to be fair they actually do, however constant delays and it feels like I am just being fobbed off. I was advised I'd receive my bag tomorrow (Wed 06th Sep). I emailed them last night to confirm they had it and would despatch - not heard anything back.... will I see my bag tomorrow? I ordered using Paypal.... I'll no doubt be requesting a refund? One other issue they are now advertising the bag at a lower price plus a discount code!!!

Very happy

Ordered on a Sunday and got the item on Wednesday. Pretty good for free delivery. Promo code at checkout made already great price even better. Overall really happy

Customer service - err I don't think so.

Ordered an item as the price was attractive and the website implied it was available. Then looked at previous reviews; how I wish I'd visited Trustpilot first... Interestingly, reviews are at the extremes, makes one wonder if there's something going on.
Back to the experience; my order was acknowledged by an automated reply, then........ Well absolutely nothing actually. With my payment taken I received no further communication whatsoever, not even the decency to reply to my email enquiries. Thankfully payment had been through a reputable payment system and after seven weeks the issue was referred to them. A full refund was achieved three days later.
Would I recommend this outfit? Absolutely NOT.

never answering phone calls and terrible delivery time

said my item was in stock so i ordered it.....nothing comes in almost 2 weeks so i end up having to email as i have called several times for 3 or 4 days with absolutely nothing but an answering machine. i got an email 2 days later saying they were waiting for my item from the supplier...hold on...why didnt it say it wasnt in stock then????? so theres no way of knowing when you will get your parcel unless you purchase it first and then email them...wwhhhhaaatttt??????.....really bad customer service now im having trouble returning it as the sites returns form keeps saying incorrect data....really?????however if i get this resolved i will update my review and my rating

Great Customer Service

We placed an order for a North Face Rolling Thunder case. This was a present for our daughter but had it to arrive today (Friday) as we are going away for a few days and there would have been nobody here to accept the delivery.
I explained the problem and received a positive reply assuring us that the good would arrive as requested.
Not only did the case arrive as promised it was actually delivered at 10.30am - very impressive customer service and extremely competitive prices!
We will buy from them again.

excellent service

Id not previously shopped at Exploreoutdoor.com but i defiantly will be doing again!
After shopping around, this website had the most competitive price on the luggage i was looking for. Unfortunatly it was out of stock.
The staff here were so friendly and went over and above to help, offering a newer model for the same price.
i can't recommend enough!

Couldn't be happier... And that's why I'm a repeat customer!

Having bought stuff from Explore Outdoors in the past and receiving a great service, I thought I'd head back to the guys for some NorthFace luggage for an upcoming trip. I was delighted to discover that they still had the best online prices too!

After a slight hiccup with a stock delivery this time around - the team at ExploreOutdoors responded to an email immediately and offered me a more expensive model (at no extra cost) and got it shipped out immediately.

We all know stuff happens in life, but I really like the way EO dealt with a slight issue - so as not to let me down. That's won them a customer for life!

Excellent customer service and great product!

Ordered 2 North Face bags, the price was the best around, sadly one was damaged in transit but Adrian and the team organised a replacement which arrived today as promised, fantastic service and really pleased with the products, will definitely use company again. Thank you!
