Just back from an amazing, seamless holiday organised by Travel Explorer, and I couldn’t recommend Matt more.

We started with a stay at the Sheraton Skyline Heathrow, including access to the airport lounge the following morning — a really relaxing way to begin the trip. We then flew to Miami, where we were met with a private transfer to the Breakwater Hotel right on the iconic Ocean Drive — such a fantastic location.

Two days later, another private transfer took us to board Icon of the Seas for our Eastern Caribbean cruise, which was incredible. Everything was perfectly timed and completely stress-free. After the cruise, we had a smooth transfer back to Miami, with a day arranged for us to round off the trip.

Matt, at Travel Explorer, handled everything brilliantly with clear communication. The whole experience was effortless and actually worked out cheaper than going through high street travel agents which didn’t include transfers or an extra bonus day and night in Miami!

Numerous friends and family recommended Matt to us and we’re delighted to also pass on that recommendation. ☺️

Matt arranged the perfect trip for us to get married in Vegas. Having Matt on hand to help took a huge amount of time and stress away from us and he was incredibly helpful before, during and after the entire trip, organising everything perfectly for us. Thank you, Matt!

Matt has gone over and beyond with his role .
Booking my flights and accommodation for my trip to Thialand , checking everything was what I requested.
He arranged my annual insurance due to another holiday booked via Matt to Canada later this year .
This holiday Matt got a very good price , for my family.
Upon returning from Thialand I contacted Matt on 24 th January to inform him I could get an earlier flight .
Although it was a Saturday and his day off , he responded and booked the flight.
Communication was 100% .

Charming apartment with views across the marina. Nice little extra quirky touches to the accommodation with a real nautical theme.

The owner has thought about what a guest needs. Comfortable bed and sofa.

It was pleasing to watch the big wheel lit up at night.

Matt made the whole booking process a dream. He listened to exactly what we wanted and arranged everything from start to finish. We had numerous flights, hotels and transfers and everything went smoothly without a glitch. Would definitely book with Matt again

Our Explorer Travel Expert, Matt, found us a brilliant holiday at a cheaper price than advertised. He sorted all our issues before we arrived at the airport.
I can honestly say this was the most enjoyable holiday I have had because of Matt's help. When we reached our destination Matt had arranged a private transfer which was the epitome of how holidays should start. We were at our hotel excited and refreshed within 15 minutes of leaving the airport. We were greeted by Fernando who took care of our luggage and showed us to the reception where we were greeted with a cool glass of wine.
I have known Matt for a couple of years but have never used him to arrange our holiday. I think it takes a leap of faith but I am so glad we did. Matt is my wife's new best friend. He was never too busy for us. He took our calls, answered our queries, and liaised with Jet2 and the hotel on our behalf. We cannot thank him enough and we will be definitely using him for all our holidays going forward.

Due to the fires in Rhodes we had to change our holiday plans at the last minute, Mat sorted everything out for us and ensured we had a great alternative holiday in Croatia. Thanks for going the extra mile Mat

The attention to details and the amount of time allocated in finding the best accommodation to meet my expectations. Matt provided me lots of useful information and suggestions to spend my time in Paris, and sent me the Paris tour guide by post for inspiration. It was a great surprise.

Fantastic consultant, everything sorted for me and took into consideration all my requests, however crazy. Personable and professional. Will use again!
