I used ExpoCart last week for the third time. I wouldn't go anywhere else, both the service supplied and customer care are certainly 5 star.

Excellent customer service.
This is the first time that I chose and heard about ExpoCart company. I am glad that I chose their service at IFSEC show. The account manager and staff were really helpful and supportive with prompt response all the time. Thank you for all of the greater support during the IFSEC show, and we did have a successful show.

Having never used (or heard of) ExpoCart before, I was taking a bit of a leap of faith using them at our highest profile event this year. However, from their first email, confirming my order (which was pretty much as last minute as you can get), through to arranging a substitution for an item (which worked out to be probably a better option than my original choice) to their final email, assuring me all would be delivered when one item was later than the others, I can find absolutely no fault. Their customer service is gold-standard and their prices were more than reasonable. Highly recommended and we will definitely be using their services again! Special shout-out to Sami for the brilliant service throughout.

Can never go wrong with ExpoCart. The company (my main contact, Hugo), has always delivered and a lot of times at last minute which has been a great help and saviour. Will def use them again.

It's been the 4th time we are using Expocart for our exhibitions in London and we had never been disappointed, I highly recommend this company to work with.

We've used ExpoCart to provide equipment for our stand at two London exhibitions now. On both occassions they offered friendly, helpful advice and everything was waiting on our stand when we arrived as planned.
Best of all they were a fraction of the cost of the 'approved partner' suppliers that the exhibition organisers were trying to push us towards.

Thank you so much for you excellent service. I made an error on my stand number, and it was after 7pm when I released. Expocart went above and beyond to resolve the situation. They contacted me immediately and ensured our stand then had all of the furniture deliver to the correct stand, even though it was out of hours.

Excellent service at Food & Drink Expo, NEC 2018

We always use Expocart for all our stand requirements at trade shows. Very helpful - never had any issues, everything has arrived on time and at a cost that is very competitive. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

ExpoCart did an amazing job for us. Not only was everything delivered on time and in great shape, but one of their couriers even went out of his way to help us hang our backdrop banner. I'll definitely use them in the future. Highly recommended.

As a music training and education provider I was highly impressed with the service support and proces from expocart. We hired a few bits for an exhibition at the excel last month and everything went smooth. Great value and service. 10/10

Terrible company - take orders they have no intention of fulfilling, and then keep your money for days. I ordered for a trade show, had my order cancelled by Expo Cart the night before the show, leaving it too late to source another supplier. When I got to the show there were many other exhibitors affected by Expo Cart having done exactly the same thing to them.
They do not have any actual furniture, but are a call centre that take your money and 'hope' to find someone to fufill your order, but often don't find anyone.
I was promised my money back that day 5 days ago and emailed them and still no sign of refund.

Excellent efficient service from Expocart, Delivered our roller banner way ahead of time.

Amazing company, amazing experience! I dealt with two guys - Sami and Adrian (I think?). They were both gents and pulled out all of the stops to place a last minute order for us. The products turned up and were better than expected! Thanks guys!
