It has been an easy to use website, and easily accessible even when free. It is a pretty penny, but overall great service.

An easy-to-use platform with a friendly interface

Exportcomments has become a valuable tool for us, especially when it comes to projects that require culling of comments beyond thousands on Facebook. This plus the seamless experience made us subscribe to a monthly plan!

There's a ton of services this lets you pull comments from, it's great. And it's typically fast and reliable.

We have been using EXPORTCOMMENTS.COM for about a year now. We have several social media profiles, on which we often host giveaways.
Thus, for us it's super handy to use EXPORTCOMMENTS to extract all comments on our posts and check requirements to select a winner.

The export is really well organised in a CSV file, with a bunch of columns with useful information (user name, user ID, comment, likes, ...).
It's super handy that we don't have to use different tools for every social media account, but can simply use EXPORTCOMMENTS for all of them (Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, ...)!

We've had absolutely no issues since we have started using it. If anything, it's a lovely surprise to find the tool regularly updated to give even more information than before.

I would definitely recommend this tool for an easy yet complete way to keep track of your social media posts & comments on it :)

Love this service!

I use ExportComments.com for work, and it is an incredible tool-- you can easily download thousands of comments in seconds. When downloading, the data file is completely managable and analyzable as is- and the service is super accurate, quick and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this service if anyone is interested in language modeling, evaluating word of mouth, etc.

A great time saving tool that really helps us out!

The tool would miss many publications for Facebook and Twitter, and user support would not respond for days.
The API documentation is outdated and very basic.
So, it's a great concept, great pricing, good interface, but they really need to fix the bugs or get their customer support working.

I've been using exportcomments.com over the past six months, and it has proved to be a really worthwhile and reliable tool. The export comments feature is particularly helpful, and the service is affordable, fast, and easy to use. Actually, the platform as a whole is an invaluable resource for anyone interested in extracting comments from multiple social media sites.
