What Exposure Ninja is doing is simply exceptional - they delivered a professional and exhausting review of the website with lots of useful insights. But what really impressed me was the capacity to get into your shoes. So if anybody thinks - its not for me because my business is too specific, it is not true - there are global rules that can help all but also, it is an advantage of being reviewed by somebody not familiar with the area of your expertise.

Had a couple of reviews off these guys for new website build, very comprehensive and useful, have not yet used them for build though. Seem a little overpriced but quite possibly you pay for what you get.

First, you should know that I have never written a bad review for anything, but the problems we had with Exposure Ninja needs to be heard. No one wants to be riped off. After a FREE hyped-up consultation and analysis of our website, we bought a custom website package to optimize two pages on our site. It was a waste of $2000.

It took forever to get the work promised, and then it was unsatisfactory. Months into waiting for things to get done, It was apparent things were not going well. Before the site went to the final development, we communicated with head Ninja Tim, that we were dissatisfied and requested a 50% refund. We got denied. When they handed over the final design for the two pages, that we paid in advance $2000, it was unprofessional with spelling and grammar errors, and it looked terrible. I had to hire another designer who fixed the entire site in two weeks, and it is beautiful now, and conversion is working.

Maybe the problems could have been resolved if we could have spoken directly to the designer, instead of going through a middle person. Had they been reasonable and at the very least split the losses, I would not be writing this honest, negative review. I have been in business for 40 years and have never treated a customer like this. I guess thats why I am still in business.

We highly recommend Exposure Ninja for everyone willing to boost their business webpage’s visitation, conversion rate and commerciality. very informative, I haven't had chance to read the book yet but I expect it will be a great help if I need to improve my website traffic, I haven't done anything yet but business has suddenly taken off and have a full order book so don't need any more leads at the moment but will certainly look at the things when quieter. Exposure Ninja's consultancy helped us a lot in our first steps on SEO. They showed us some weaknesses we have to work on but also fields for growth. I would recommend them to small businesses that want to invest in a good SEO plan!

Sometimes when goods and services are offered free they are of no lasting value to the person who received same. In the case of goods, they can be of no help to the individual and therefore become things to be thrown out. Not so with the free website evaluation service provided by Exposure Ninja! To say I was shocked by the professionalism they brought into it would be an understatement! I received a 30+ minutes analysis of my website that left me astounded. I was making some very obvious mistakes that my level of skills were not able to identify or address. They went into details with pictures and other evidence, showing me what was wrong and what can be done about it. I was given a list of things to fix with immediate effect. Things that I can muddle my way through.

One thing I found outstanding was that at no time did they ask me to pay for other services. As a matter of fact I asked about their services. The analysts was knowledgeable and not condescending and although it is a free service I was told that I can ask them for further assistance and advice.

Exposure Ninja is superb!!! Being new to building a website there are many elements which I have struggled to understand or implement.
