Larry Thompson and Expos USA can't be trusted
Larry Thompson, owner of Expos USA does not honor his agreements. He was full of charm and smiles until it was time to settle payment, then found excuses not to deliver on his promise, even though what he owed me was $93.00. He contracted me to do work; I did the work; he said he was delighted with the work; then he did not pay for it. I have spent more time chasing him to settle a very small invoice than the time I spent doing the project itself. I cannot imagine what people who are due much larger amounts are dealing with.
