I have used Express Exports a few times over the last year now and I have been very happy with their service. They are always prompt and efficient, and they have never let me down. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable import/export company.

Here are some of the reasons why I am so happy with Express Exports Import Company:

Their customer service is excellent. They are always willing to help me with any questions or problems that I have. They are very patient and understanding, and they always go the extra mile to make sure that I am satisfied.
They are professional and knowledgeable. They have even helped me reduce my import duty by using a cheaper and more suitable tariff code.
They keep me updated with the status of the shipment and help with insurance for additional security.
They are affordable. Their prices are very competitive and for me they have been cheaper than using DHL.
Overall, I am very happy with Express Exports and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable import/export company.

I am not happy with the service I received with this company . I have been charged now three times for a package coming from another country . I am not a satisfied customer.

Five stars but I haven’t had any dealing personally with this company. I’ve only had them respond to an email asking them about a three month old shipment. I found out the company at fault is Expressed Exportz not Express Exports.

Haven’t got my item for 2,5 months, wrote at least 7 times- no answer at all. Lost my money and time.

I would recommend Express Exports without reservations. Neil was a pleasure to work with, helping me decide on crating options and working with me on shipping dates to ensure I'd be on island to receive the package! He tracked the crate every step of the way, communicating with me regularly (despite the time difference between England and Hawaii) and the package arrived at top speed. When there was a hold up due to a duty-processing glitch, he checked in several times until the problem was resolved. A big thank you to Express Exports for your professional and friendly service!

Express Exports give a fantastic, personal and responsive service. No small detail is too much trouble. They are excellent at keeping the customer informed of progress at all times (without being asked!) and provide an efficient, friendly service which is great value for money. We will use them again.

A friend of mine recommended Express to me some years ago and I've been using them to ship motorcycles to and from the USA ever since. It's sometimes not the easiest process and Express handle everything with professionalism and good humour on both sides of the Atlantic.

Express Export Services Ltd are real people you can actually talk to over the phone and also get the best price from! After trying so many companies that just wanted to fob me off saying "Just email us your enquiry and someone will get back to you at some point!" and just endlessly hide behind emails and not actually speak to me over the phone, Express Export Services were the ONLY ones who actually spoke to me properly over the phone for as long as I needed and had a solution to EVERYTHING! After only 2 minutes of speaking to them they immediately made me feel at ease! I will ONLY be using these guys from now on!
