I have been regularly using their services and find them to be safe, efficient, prompt and very cooperative. My daughter’s flight to Lhr was delayed by over 3 hours but they were aware of the same and readjusted the pick up time on their own. Most impressed and happy with their services.

I booked Pink Berry Cars Courier service to collect my daughters passport she forgot and needed for her flight on Boxing Day !!! From filling out the online booking form to the driver collecting and delivering the passport was so quick and easy especially at such a busy time of the year !!! For airport pickups nobody better

Arrived early in the morning from South Africa. Our driver was not there but after a quick phone call, we were assured that the driver was on his way ( he got held up in traffic) our driver arrived.
Very good service. I like the fact that we could pay cash.

Having had bad experiences with other airport transfer companies I was very nervous but highly impressed with the service received from AirPort Express Transport. I made my booking at very short notice from overseas and they confirmed my appointment immediately. The driver contacted me as soon as my flight landed to say he was waiting for me in arrivals and there he was. He was courteous and friendly and above all an excellent driver who didn’t exceed the speed limit (road safety is very important to me) throughout the 120 mile journey home. I will be using this company again in future. Highly recommended.

I’m quite surprised by some of these negative reviews. We’ve used Express Airport Transfers for the last 5 years and their service has been superb. Always on time, very courteous and professional drivers. I highly recommend them; don’t be swayed by some misleading negative reviews; this is a great company.

Driver who picked us up was extremely unfriendly.

He did not bother to help with luggages.

Driver was extremely rude and ask for more money and made the journey extremely unpleasant.

Made a booking back in April for September 2022. Got an email yesterday asking me for an additional 16 pounds on top of the 82 paid for the cost of fuel going up. I was advised that if I didn't want to pay the increase my booking would be cancelled.
I don't, they have now cancelled my booking and I have to wait for 5 to 7 working days for a refund. I have booked elsewhere for 85 pounds. Absolute disgrace. I will be taking this further as there was nothing in the T's and C's about price increases.
