The drives arrived in a timely manner, but not correctly loaded with the data.
The drives arrived in a timely manner. Communucation prior to the order was good. However, despite my clear, written instructions, they arrived incorrectly and not completley loaded with the data provided. When I reached out to the company, they were slow to respond to fix the issues and relectant to provide any solutions. It was very disappointing to have to suggest to them how they could fix the issue. The drives were for a memorial--in addition to being time sensitive it was a very difficult situation that I would have expected much better customer service. I would not recommend this company and will not use them again in the future.

I was very impressed overall
I was very impressed with the rapid response I received from an online inquiry into the products available. After the initial response I uploaded my company logo and had the mock up item in my email that same day. I gave the approval and had everything within a week and the quality of the product is beyond my approval. Planning to continue bringing our business as well as recommendations to others.
