Excellent, but notify sooner of shipment

Excellent service, excellent product, great turn-around time. My only reservation is that I received notification of shipping 20 minutes AFTER Fedex attempted delivery. I had not arranged for anyone to be present to take delivery, since I did not know the product was coming that day. It was a mild annoyance. I still recommend the company and the product, but I would like this situation rectified next time.

Express Custom USB was a great company…

Express Custom USB was a great company to communicate with. They were extremely professional and timely in their responses to my email inquiries. Delivery was timely. USB's looked as promised - great. Pricing was fair. Overall, good company to purchase custom USB's from. Would recommend.

Explanation of situation and what we had to do to correct the issues.

The person we were dealing with was friendly, polite and effective. Where the problems occurred was in his transferring what we wanted to the actual supplier. We had to manually adjust the opening presentation of the keys which took a great deal of our time. If we hadn't made the adjustments our client would have been very unhappy. In fact, though, the product provided was fine after we made the adjustments. I told our rep that the next time (yes we will use them again) we would ask for a copy of exactly what is to be loaded onto the key so we can confirm that they fully understand our desires

Outstanding Products and Service

Thank you for the excellent service and quality products. We are delighted with both the chargers and the thumb drives. Adam was fantastic, very patient and always very responsive as we considered product options. We will definitely be returning customers!

Best price per USB size.
price was in Canadian dollars and shipping was free.
