No delivery on order from Oct 9
I ordered a bed on Oct 9, 2025. It is now Nov.13, and I still have not received this bed. After initially stating that the bed was on its way to the installer, the expected call for delivery did not come. After emailing customer service, I was told that the bed was delivered but the mattress. That was Oct. 30. I have had no reply from subsequent emails, and the phones are not answered.
Originally, I was told that it was a three week wait for delivery.
I need the bed asap or my money back, please. $3794. is a substantial amount.
