Looking for a recliner riser chair for mother was an emotional task, wanting to get something nice, suitable and for a manageable price. Having found something we liked new - we came across expressmobility. A little hesitant to start with, as there were limited online reviews, I called. Talked to a very helpful man, who reassured me and talked me through the business and options for purchase. We took an ex-display model. I paid through the website (using CC for safety), and was contacted very quickly to arrange delivery the same week. I think they mostly deal with local deliveries, but as we were much further south, courier was arranged. Very minor assembly from a friend was needed (no tools) and chair dropped in ground floor room of our choosing.

Great service. My initial hesitation about NOT having a trust pilot review was completely overcome... and the smoothness of the process and warmth of service as well as value for money meant I felt obligated to get them going with one. Hopefully I'll never need to buy another chair... but if I do, this is where I will return!
