Took ages to arrive
Took ages to arrive! My expectations (especially considering the name of the company!) was that it would arrive next day. After checking the delivery times closer, I realised that as I'd ordered after 12 on a Friday then it should arrive next working day - fine, my mistake. However, it then took until the following Thursday to arrive! Shockingly bad service.

Placed an order and did not receive anything. Chased through emails and no reply. There no telephone number to contact them.
Be careful looks like a SCAM website and have reported to trading standards and using my charge back protection to get my money back.
Looks like alot of people have the same issue with them.

No sign of order, tracking not working days later either
Ordered plates before 2pm for next day delivery...no sign of the order 3 days later and absolutely no response to emails, no phone number either! Tracking number has been provided that doesn't work either, so now I'm in limbo! What a hassle!

Website was very easy to use. I ordered 2 sets of number plates.
However. I selected plates to be with no boarder or writing. I received 2 sets of plates with vista plates written on the bottom. And one set was blank with no reg numbers on.
A new set was sent out within a week.
And they came without Vista plates written on it. However I am still waiting for a replacement set which does not have vista plates written on the bottom??
I did not see anywhere on the website that explained that my plates with no boarder would come with Vista plates on the bottom. If I wanted something written on the bottom I could’ve paid the same at Halfords

I was surprised in how quickly my order was processed. Really good experience.
No issues with the entire process as they also arrived well packed and without any damage. Also, they look great.
I did however think that I'd ordered the full gel plates but mine are not as 3D as I thought they'd be. But then when I looked back at the order, I realised that was my mistake and not theirs.
My only advice is to double check your order, prior to submission.

Really good made plates to order style of legal plates required.
I would give more stars but for the emails after sales had been done offering me a 30% discount.

Don’t waste your money
I bought a set of number plates off their website.
The 24hr delivery was delayed being sent by 2 days and there was no response to my emails. They eventually arrived on the Saturday, and it was discovered the plates were show plates, NOT road legal ones.
I contacted them again and finally got an email back saying no refund d would be issued as there’s a hidden menu somewhere that says the ones I picked are show plates. The page doesn’t say anything about them being show plates and the description doesn’t mention this either.
I responded to their email saying they are not as described, and yet again there’s been no reply from the company. £30 wasted and wish I’d never come across this company.

I ordered some number plates from this company. I sent them all the correct documentation but when the plates arrived they had the wrong registration on them.
I have emailed the company four times to try and resolve this but have not heard back. I am very disappointed and upset with the service received
