Ja'Michael made my visit a pleasure
Ja'Michael made my visit a pleasure! I came in for an oil change and jamichael was the person who greeted me. He was pleasant and asked questions to ascertain exactly what I needed. While he was doing the oil change he would stop whenever he had a minute or two break and asked me about further things that I might need. He wasn't pushy but ready to discuss what needed to be done and would offer his recommendations. Once he ascertained that I needed tires rotated and balanced he offered to walk me into the waiting area and said he would make sure that my car was taken to have the tires done as soon as he completed the oil change. I sat in a pleasant environment with people coming in periodically to update me on what was happening. Later I was given a list of any improvements that I needed and an estimate for what those would cost but was not pressured to have everything done that day. The car was completed in record time and I was set to go in less than an hour. The experience was pleasant and educational and my work was done at a very reasonable cost. This is just one of the many Pleasant experiences I have had at Express Oil Change.
