I came in today for a simple oil change…
I came in today for a simple oil change and was treated with absolutely zero respect. I was taking my time driving my vehicle into position so you could safely perform the service, and instead of acting like a professional, Grayson decided to get an attitude and say “god damn” because apparently a few extra seconds was too much for him to handle.
The fact that an employee thinks it’s acceptable to cuss at a paying customer is embarrassing. What’s even worse is that another employee stood there and did nothing. That tells me this behavior is either tolerated or nobody there cares enough to correct it.
When I told Grayson I no longer wanted my oil changed because of the way he was speaking to me, he became even more disrespectful. He told me I couldn’t drive, and when I told him not to touch my vehicle, he responded with, “We don’t need your money anyway.”
I’ve spent a lot of money with your company, and to be treated this way is completely unacceptable. I came in for an oil change, not to be cursed at and talked down to.
My father and I will be coming back later to speak with management and get this issue addressed properly. If Grayson feels comfortable speaking to a woman that way, then he can explain his behavior in front of my father and management as well. I expect this matter to be handled professionally because the way I was treated today was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely out of line.
